I was impressed with the level of service and sensitivity offered to me when I was there patronising the cafe. I had a leg injury and the staff was very kind and sensitive enough to deliver one of my order when I was given a buzzer to do self collect. This is going beyond SOP and being attentive to your customer. Thank you for that kind gesture!
