ordered cold chng teng for $5 and hot chng teng for $4.50. it was horrible. super sweet and the ingredients weren't fresh. I wondered if the owner / chef has even tried their own chng teng? it's inedible. it was sooooo sweet that it made me thirsty instead of replenishing my thirst. the ice used was ice cubes and not shaved ice. the wait time for it was 20 mins? come on, it's 2026. if you wanna do business, do better.

Came here for weekday dinner, very happy with the service and plus points for having Grab dine out discounts! Thoroughly enjoyed my first meal here, ordered the salted egg chicken and kailan which had generous portions and very filling. Will come again next time to try more things on the menu!

Gets quite packed during lunch so had to wait a while till someone relinquished their seats. Food wise, it’s not too bad, could do with a bigger portion. It’s self service, so no service charge and halal too! Their selection of food and drinks is quite good, will likely have something you’d like to eat

First try at this outlet. Unimpressed over quality and the food ordering app used. 1. Shanghai steamed chicken dumpling has foul chicken smell. 2. The App used to order food does not make sense. Payment option should include googlepay for convenience. Consider Adding paynow as another option. Once order is confirm, app shld display the Q nbr instead of having the staff send a receipt to inform patrons on the allocated Q nbr. That's a waste of staff time. 3. Bench seat was "vibrating" thruout. Best guess is likely because it shared the same wall with kitchen. Perhaps it was the hood working v hard. Noone was shaking leg, i've checked. 4. For price and variety, refer to their menu. I might consider dining at jln kayu than marina sq for tang tea house cravings.

Pros: hotplate tofu, xo fried rice was good Avg: stir fry noodle. Rojak you tiao was not crispy Overall, felt that I will still come back to try the dim sum, and for the hot plate tofu.
