Had an early dinner here and it was a good experience. The crispy bee hoon with seafood was just that - crispy and tasty. The beef char kway teow also had wok hei and was too oily. The chicken pan fried dumplings were nice, while the chicken siew mai was a large size but was rather bland. Dinner, plus two drinks, came up to $30.

Came here with a couple of friends on a Friday night- decided to try the place due to the seemingly good google reviews but left appalled by all standards. First, the service was horrendous. No basic courtesy, the staff just try to avoid eye contact so that they don’t have to come over. It was so difficult to even order. Second, my friend got his tea in what it seems to be a used cup?!?!???? You can refer to the photo for your own judgement. It’s ok if for whatever reason the outside of the cup was stained- still acceptable. But lipstick stain on the edges of the cup?!? This was obviously a used cup. Upon telling the staff, they just simply took the cup away, poured the tea into another cup and served it back to us. No apologies whatsoever. Lastly, for the price- the quality and quantity of the food was truly quite pathetic. $6 for a mee goreng but hardly any ingredients other than noodles with ketchup. Most of the food just tasted like there’s so much msg in it to feed an entire village. First and last time here. Frankly, this is one of the worst dining places I have been in a long time. Will NEVER be back here again.

Well this business is located in Jln Kayu, a place loved by many. Years have rolled by and Jalan Kayu has changed with new businesses setting shop. There is a little charm about Jln Kayu and that brought me here for a quick snack with friends. I ordered the Teh Halia less sweet version and to their credit it was good 👍, the way I like it. Was not piping hot though. Well that's all i had while my friends snacked on the Beef Hor Fun and was that rojak ? Both tasted ok according to them. But they forgot or did not serve the vinaigrette green chili 👎and it had to be requested. Staff certainly need motivation 👎. The cashier 👍though was a friendly guy. Sufficient seats are available both inside and outside the restaurant and it's reasonably clean.

Food was not "wow" and not "meh". The staff were extremely friendly and inviting. Area was clean. Food portions were fairly good but chicken rice was a little dry, definitely the soup helped!. Good varieties of food. We went during non-peak lunch (around 4) and even then the hot plate came very late almost after our food got cold (which is why it isn't in the picture). The first row (near enterance) that is just beside the tv, be careful. The TVs mount is sticking out and can cause injuries. I scrapped my arm on it.

my always go to menu is their steamed chicken, luckily it was better than my last encounter with their Bedok's. the rojak was ok, I ordered with extra chili and it came perfectly hot.. prawn mee noodle could have been better
