I had a takeaway of their gyudon. 🐮🍚 Many sizes to choose from, M is good for me. Service was quick despite the crowd. Meal was simple, cheap and just nice. Will be back to try their curry. 🍛

Yummy yakitori don. Maybe it’s just me but I prefer warm soft boiled eggs as opposed to cold ones. Nice gesture of free tea when seated. However, seating is still quite cramped. Would still visit again.

Had dinner here on a weekday evening. Food was good as usual. However, there were too many flies at this outlet and it was a huge turn off. I had to constantly swat flies away while I was dining in. Really hope the management can consider improving this situation.

Awful taste. Having yakitori with plenty of chicken fat. Egg is cold from fridge. Not recommend!

You have to order food by scanning the QR code and making payment for your order online. Tea is served as you are sitted. This is my second visit. During my first visit, I ordered a small gyudon for less than $5, of which I was a bit surprised. So you could have a meal with free tea here for less than $5 here (gst inclusive) On this visit, we ordered a unagi don, curry rice set with chicken karaage, and a low-carb gyudon (rice replaced by tofu) for $30.30. The unagi don was a bit dry, and I would suggest ordering it with half boiled egg. The curry rice was a little bit spicy for us but helped to lift the appetite. The low-carb gyudon is good for the health conscious and tasted alright.

Ordered yakitori bowl and unagi with egg bowl. Yakitori is not bad, strong grilled flavour. But I don’t like that there was skin and fats on the chicken pieces. Unagi is good but small portion and not enough sauce (staff is willing to give extra if you ask). There’s also free flow pickled ginger. Overall so-so, not satisfying. Always see that there’s a lot of patrons but not sure I get the hype :,)

Had the yakitori bowl with egg $6.90 came with a complimentary hot tea which was nice. Chicken was flavourful and rice was good of course. Gave it only 4 stars as they refused us tobasco. I thought being a condiment at least it can be given if requested… oh wells.

Good food, standard service. Food is obviously better than the sukiya at waterfront centre. The karaage, friend chicken is good. Will come again.

New shop in Heartland Mall so limbei try. For $12.80 I had XL size double egg gyudon, green veg combo Coke Zero. Food is served fast, less than 5 min after ordering using the QR code. Waiter brings a free hot tea. The green veg looks ugly but taste not bad, second bite realized some veg is half cooked and some brown roots still attached to the stalks, hope no soil trapped there. Nehmind limbei treat as extra vitamins hope not much pesticide from soil. The two eggs are served with shell, so customer can enjoy cracking them open ownself and dirtying the hands. Tissue only gave one piece and thin. So choose either you wanna wipe fingers or wipe mouth later. Limbei choose wipe fingers. Spotted a housefly but no biggie, hawker center just beside probably came from there. The gyudon is not bad. Service wise no need to say, it’s a low cost joint no service charge so please don’t expect any. Overall it’s a real good deal for $12. Will definitely try again.

Ordered the original gyudon and the black pepper gyudon. With the sides. Although I upsized to the more meat portion, the meat portion is still very pathetic. I wonder how is it for the normal size bowl. No black pepper taste and the vegetables’ stem were a bit uncooked. The soup was ok. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it. Not as tasty as it seems.

Ordered takeaway L size gyudon. Onions were crunchy, i really didnt want to post but this is the 3rd time im getting this, is it that difficult to let it cook a little longer to soften the onions? Because that is how it is supposed to be served. Please omg someone enforce this.. Other than that no complaints on waiting time, but if an added 2-3min can get it soft i would gladly wait a little more. Service is seamless as usual! But please.. onions need to be soft.
