Ordered 11 portion. Receive only 1 from delivery platform. I won’t blame them, probably didn’t see the order properly, it’s fine. But then this portion is really bad. Just look at it, 3 piece of meat and that’s it. It’s like someone eat half of it before packing it up for delivery. Thank God I submitted a refund for the remaining missing food. Should not name it as yakitori rice bowl, should be 3 piece of small chicken bites bowl. Found a similar review below. So it’s their practice for this. It’s unfortunate that they do business this way.

Disappointing experience because the food is good, but the service and cleanliness are awful. We were ignored at the entrance despite the "wait to be seated" sign, until a staff member waved us in from afar. The first table had food debris on the chair, and the staff told us to just switch tables rather than cleaning it. Our second table was wobbly, stuffy, and wet with condensation.Hygiene is a big issue here—my Coke cup had oily residue on it from not being washed properly. Great food, but the frontline service completely ruins it.

Food was decent, served almost immediately after ordering. Wished the clam miso was steaming hot. Service team was helpful and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was cold and can be uncomfortable. The air con needs to be adjusted

Service was still ok just felt that 2 stars for food is compare to gg their marina Sq, PLQ this branch in this mall food quality seems to drop like taste of vegetable n it isn't serve warm r hot as to that other r 2 Sukiya Gyudon inside mall. (not sure y this time I can't bring myself to finish all up even soup too.) Hoping all food, soup and drinks can be served warm r hot at least. That some changes to be made. Overall I guess is my first time having bad quality of food in SG sukiya. 17/4 dine in after 1300

I went for a late lunch on 23/03—my first time trying this shop. The food was definitely worth it, but what really made my visit special was the excellent service from the lady counter staff. It made my dining experience more satisfying. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes—not just for the food, but for the great customer service.
