Dined in. Order via QR straightforward and fast. Food mediocre, but could have made up for it if service was pleasant. Service delivery sucks unfortunately. Staff (male) attitude intimidating.

Spicy crab gyudon is right amount of spicy, something different than usual Japan level of spice, which is good! $8.80 for M bowl à la carte.

I love Sukiya, but please train your staff, especially the cashier or the customer service representative. Guy named Jonas. He looks so confused, is not polite at all to customers, and is like throwing the receipt at the customer to show he is tired or doesn’t like the job. Me and 1 uncle already in line behind 1 girl. After he threw the receipt at the girl, then he just left the cashier without saying anything to the next customer. We had to call him after waiting 5 minutes and more. Then he asked me, “Which table you sit?” and I said I don't because I just came in and want to order first, and he is like haisss 😅 I never complained like this before you especially for fnb services. I know how hard to work in this industry, but this time I just want to write it down here so Sukiya will make sure all the staff are trained well

I have never met such an amazing sukiya staff member like Fariz before. He was super patient, explained the menu clearly, and provided excellent customer service throughout. The service was also very fast and efficient. Fariz was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank you so much for your outstanding service, you truly made my day. Great job Fariz !!

Floor wet until cannot, no slippery sign. Call in at the counter hello hello like 3 times no one come out to reply. 5 star because I like the food. In charge please inform about the staff about it please.
