Post-2022, the size of Arnold’s chicken seems to have shrunk across various branches. Food tastes like the usual Arnold's standard. The restaurant was about 40% filled at 7.30pm on a Saturday night, with a number of people waiting for their food. I waited for 40 mins to get my food. In that time there were probably no more than 10 orders served up? But to be fair, some of those orders were large. So, know that the lack of a queue isn't an indicator of how soon you'll get your food.

Went this outlet for the first time. Ordered 5 pc chicken, spiral fries and coleslaw. Best dish of the day? Coleslaw! The chicken and fries were saltish; ended up me and my friend feeling thirsty and drank half a litre of water at one go! I have tried yishun's arnold, it was not on the salty side and nicer. Quite disappointed

food was horrid, chicken is super dry and fries were stale inside was doughy. the attitude of the staff is unprofessional. and the price is insane for the quality of food, not to mention that you have to buy drinks separately from the MEAL!?!!? felt like i have been robbed. atmosphere of the restaurant is not welcoming. while eating my meal there were rowdy customers that laugh super loud. honestly worst fried chicken place i have ever been to.

There is al fresco dining. Place isn't too crowded and I think it will be a nice place for a short hangout with friends. If you are ordering a takeaway from the counter in the restaurant, there are chairs (safely distanced) in there for you to sit while you wait for your food. The air conditioning there was really cooling so you will enjoy the breeze while waiting for your food. Expect to see multiple food delivery riders there when you visit. As for the food, the fried chicken is not bad! BUT... the fish and chips wasn't great. The fish didn't taste fresh.

Coke float is very good combination as you get the creamy of the ice cream and sparkling effect from the coke. Chicken is moist, juicy but crispy on the outside. Salty level is less salty than Jolibee. It's a place to go to if you want more plain and good chicken flavor.

Just had to share this horrible experience. A star doesn’t even deem fit for the quality of food provided. With the amount of oil oozing out from the chicken one certainly has no appetite to indulge further. Arnold’s is certainly a name in the f&b industry but with this kind of standard, hmmm, i’ll just let the photos speak for themselves. Better off tenderbest/tenderfresh for me in future unless the higher up probe into these kind of matters seriously.

I have always wanted to give this “Singapore KFC” a try and I was quite pleased. The chicken is pretty well marinated and cooked. Most bits are tender and flavourful. Only thing would be value. It’s meals aren’t well developed and it isn’t as competitive in terms of pricing and value. Based on this visit, only Alfresco seating is available. This means that you might be sweating a bit if you are visiting in the afternoon. However, it also means that the fried chicken smell doesn’t linger for too long on your clothes.

As always food at arnold is the best. But im disappointed my order had a missing item which is 3 cup of coleslaw. Its common to have a missing item cos all of us are human. Staff do make mistakes but the part tht im angry abt when i have to call the tamp branch more than 20 times but its either nobody pick up or the line is engage. Common practise. So no service recovery. Manager no standard. Order num 917 and 918

Usually nor a fan of arnolds. But surprisingly quality from this outlet is good. Chicken is flavourful and fried very nicely. Same for the fries! Will definitely order again.
