The chicken is very well-marinated and fried to a perfect crisp! The skin is extremely flavorful and nice, while the meat remains incredibly tender. It tastes amazing whether you eat it with rice or just enjoy it on its own

Ridiculous waiting time. If cannot handle off the machine la. Let riders wait like almost an hour. Then need to cancel if waiting too long. No sense of urgency. Need to let them know your order number than they do. Ridiculous. How many people can you handle, dine in, walk in, delivery.

Extremely slow, despite knowing a lot of customers are waiting but they chose to be carefree + slow mo. Food wise, the chicken was actually good, juicy and flavourful. However, other than the chicken, the mashed potatoes were powdery and unfresh, feels like being kept for half day. Also, the fries were tasteless too. Conclusion: pls go KFC or Jollibee. 🤡

Very disappointing experience. The mashed potatoes tasted sour, which raised serious concerns about food freshness and quality. On top of that, the coleslaw portion was extremely small and poorly portioned. This is not acceptable for a paid order. Overall quality did not meet basic expectations. I hope the outlet improves its food standards and portion control.

Been donkey years since I've tried them. Standards have dropped, against competition like Popeye's and Jolibee. Chicken bland, tasteless. Chili sauce wasn't my liking, too sweet, no spicy taste. Fries and coleslaw was meh, best fries imo still Long John's Silver. Coleslaw tastes like cabbage and sugar water! My order was fast though. and that's about it. Atmosphere - Tampines West CC
