This is the worst service stall I have ever encounter in my 60 yrs life. I was in a queue for curry puff. When is my turn, the staff ask what I want and I place a curry puff takeaway. Then the stall’s friend jump the queue and order all the remaining curry puffs and he pack to give to him. Then he can turn around and tell me all sold out. When I question their ethics, he just keep silent, another staffs just smile. The leader came out and said I can wait for him to now do the curry puff again if I can wait, if not he can’t do anything. This is not the right way to do a business. Beside their food standard has drop tremendously

Placed an order from Habibie Seafood yesterday via their website for around $41 with free delivery to my address and the system accepted the order without any issue. However, today I received a call asking me to increase the order to a minimum of $50 because my area is supposedly closer to Pasir Ris. I only needed the few items I ordered and did not want to add unnecessary food just to meet a minimum spend requirement that was never shown during checkout. If there is a location-based minimum order policy, the ordering system should already detect and inform customers BEFORE payment and order confirmation are completed. Customers should not have to place and pay for an order successfully first, only to receive a call the next day asking to top up more items. To be fair, they did process a cancellation and refund, but the system and communication process definitely need improvement to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers.

The taste now drop. My colleague ordered fried chicken rice and the rice was salty. I ordered ginger chicken rice and the chicken very very salty. After me n my colleague ate abit portion of the food we ordered, we stop cos it was too salty. Told the owner after return the plates. The owner wasnt happy and told me that i should have told him earlier so that they can chg for us. We only got 1 hour lunchtime, he expect us to wait for the refunded order?

I think the quality standard and taste has drop a lot. It used to be very good and taste good. I ordered horfun beef. The beef is so hard to chew and the gravy is tasteless. Also the chicken fried rice, the chicken is so hard and rice is undercooked. I am so disappointed that the quality drops like this. Im sorry im not buying here anymore.
