Just want to take a moment to give Aruth credit for his work (hope I got his name right). I noticed he is very attentive and considerate. For the first time in a long while, my sauce and veggies were blended so well! He actually made the effort to add the sauce in between the other fillings, instead of only at the end. This way, it didn’t overflow, soak the paper, or leave the sandwich uneven. This is honestly the best mix I’ve ever had. -------- 2026 Not sure why the service at this outlet has become so bad. I paid extra to add mushrooms, but when I opened my food, there weren’t any mushrooms at all. The fillings were very minimal too. It’s really disappointing. I even had to walk all the way back to the outlet just to get my order corrected.

Tucked in a corner near an exit of Queenstown MRT station, this tiny Subway restaurant is my favorite one to visit. Unlike some franchisees, I have never seen this one run out of any ingredients or sauces. If you overlook the fact that there is barely any indoor seating, it's a nice cozy place to have a quick meal. Most importantly, staff are always cordial and patient. Even during peak meal hours when the queue sometimes fills up the entire limited floor space and the staff get inundated with numerous mobile orders at the same time, you can observe them staying calm and handling everything methodically without taking shortcuts. Props to Aruth who deserves special mention for his professionalism in this respect. Note the Food here is being rated 5 in comparison to other Subway franchisees, so take it in context.

This has become my absolute go-to spot. I have the Rotisserie Chicken energy bowl almost every day and never get tired of the cauliflower rice and caramelized onions. It’s consistently awesome, thanks!
