I had a very disappointing experience at this food stall. The service staff had an unfriendly and dismissive attitude from the start, which made the experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong food order. When I pointed out the mistake, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Instead, the staff seemed indifferent and showed little interest in resolving the issue professionally. Everyone can make mistakes, but good customer service is about taking responsibility and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. I hope the management will provide better staff training and place greater emphasis on customer service, as attitude matters just as much as the food.

Extremely rude order taker, not sure how she has survived in the service industry with such a poor attitude. The young chap preparing the food is always cool and very efficient.

$5-$6+ with a chicken portion that’s like a tiny corner of the whole container and thin slices in comparison to a palm. Quality dropped?

The service is very bad compared to other food stalls in the food junction. The employee in front was busy cutting chicken and another was busy packing food. They already knew I was in front, but were busy with their work. After that, I reprimanded them and I ordered a chicken rice sharing set for two people. After that, the female employee didn't say anything and didn't ask me to pay. She was busy packing the food, I waited a few minutes while they were busy with their work. Then, another customer came, their employee who was busy cutting chicken immediately asked the customer who came what he wanted to order, hello I who had been there for a while without being reprimanded at all. What kind of service is this, no wonder your restaurant's rating is 1 star. Your service is very bad. My advice to the restaurant owner, just replace the employee in front, replace them with a friendly one, not one who is busy with his work and is curt. Other customers may run away and will never buy food from your shop again. I originally wanted to order a lot of food, but because of your shop's service, I left and will never buy food from there again. I'd rather spend my money at another restaurant that can serve me well and friendly!!

Add a drumstick for 6.50. Making the chicken rice with a drumstick for $12! And the thing is price not shown even at their POS and paying with the BreadTalk rewards app. Ridiculous! Be wary!
