Recently, I have noticed that the grass jelly is no longer being cut into the usual strips at Nex outlet. Instead, the staff are simply scooping the grass jelly directly from a large block. This does not appear to be in line with the standard preparation process for your drinks and what is shown on the menu. In addition, the drink is not being filled to the top as expected. At $2.90 per cup, your pricing is already significantly higher than that of most soya bean stalls. Customers naturally expect consistent quality, proper portioning, and value for the price they are paying. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and retrain the staff to ensure your standard operating procedures are followed consistently. Please avoid taking shortcuts and ensure the grass jelly is prepared in the proper form to maintain the quality and consistency that customers expect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Poor service experience. I queued to order but the staff member didn't acknowledge me until I pointed out that I was waiting. After taking my order and payment for a regular zero-sugar soy milk with taro pearls, the Malay lady at the counter went to the restroom without informing her colleagues or following up on my order. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes while customers before and after me received their orders. Better communication between staff would have prevented this.

Ridiculous. Spent $7 and this is what I get? Counter staff is very friendly and polite, don’t know whats going on back in the kitchen. Inconsistent food is served, please check who’s the staff working behind. I don’t mind the long wait for their rice bowl but this time the portion I get is ridiculous. 🤏🏻
