My friends and I walked into this branch to get our dinner for the night. From my knowledge, subway sandwiches are all toasted. However, the staff did not inform us that they were cleaning the toaster so instead, all of our bread and fries we ordered are microwaved. Resulting in a very unsatisfying and soggy meal. The staff should’ve at least informed us that the toaster was cleaning so that we at least have the option to decide if we still want to eat it. You can see how soft the bread is from the pictures. It is honestly disgusting and I hope something is done on your end.

Went for my favourite Cold Cut Trio! Always pick either Honey Oat or Parmesan Oregano for the bread. Sweet Onion sauce is the best! Cant find this sauce anywhere else apart from Subway. Tons of vegetable topping options, very filling meal for 6inch size.

Quite delicious and simple. All of the ingredients worked together here to create something nice. The chicken breast was quite moist and it went really well with the basic toppings. Good to go meals.

Received bad service on New Year’s Eve, however manager at the store made it up with his excellent service later on when voice out about the bad experience. Good Job , Mr Ridzuan for your great customer service and communication skills.
