Had a wonderful dining experience at Peppermint! Located within an elegant hotel surrounded by lush greenery, the restaurant offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. The buffet features an impressive selection of local favourites, including laksa, chicken rice, and Nyonya dishes, as well as a great variety of international options such as Japanese and Western cuisine. Seafood lovers will also appreciate the wide selection of fresh seafood available. The dessert station was just as impressive, offering everything from cookies and fresh fruits to ice cream. My personal favourite was the durian pengat—it was rich, creamy, and an absolute must-try for durian lovers. The service was excellent as well. There were plenty of attentive staff walking around to promptly clear used plates and refill water, making the dining experience comfortable and seamless. Overall, the buffet offers something for everyone, with an excellent variety of dishes, quality food, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend Peppermint to anyone looking for a satisfying buffet experience in a beautiful setting.

Had a great buffet experience! Everything tasted fresh, especially the seafood, sashimi, and sushi selection. I also really enjoyed the mushroom white sauce pasta….it was rich, creamy, and delicious. The atmosphere was lovely, and the overall dining experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Came here for their Greatest Hits theme buffet and there were a lot of variety for a lunch buffet. The staffs were friendly and checked in often on the food. Service was also rather fast (my empty plates were cleared immediately). Was mostly served by Ms Linda, Vita and Taniya today who were most helpful 😊 Really loved the pasta live station, sashimi and the korean themed food! Hope they bring back this theme again

We had a fantastic dinner at Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and left very satisfied. The restaurant’s lush garden-inspired setting is stunning – bright, spacious, and incredibly relaxing amid the greenery even in the evening, making it feel like a serene escape right in the heart of Singapore’s Marina Bay. It’s an ideal spot for family gatherings, celebrations, or a special night out. The halal-certified buffet shines with an extensive variety of fresh Asian and international dishes. The seafood island was impressive, featuring fresh sashimi, quality catches, and live cooking stations that delivered vibrant flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed the tender meats, fragrant curries, flavorful sides, and a wonderful dessert selection that perfectly rounded off the meal. The rotating themes keep things exciting, and the quality felt consistent throughout. Staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, quickly clearing plates and ensuring a smooth experience even as the restaurant filled up. Pricing feels fair for the quality, ambiance, and variety offered. While a couple of items were good rather than outstanding, overall it’s a reliable and enjoyable halal buffet destination. Highly recommended for a memorable dinner!

Visited Peppermint Buffet recently. The seafood was fresh, and I especially enjoyed the crab, laksa, pizza, pasta, Taiwanese egg pancake, and durian desserts. Unfortunately, the sashimi was not as fresh as expected, and most of the other dishes were just average. Service was disappointing. I had to request a drink refill four times before it arrived. Considering the price point, the overall experience did not offer good value for money. Some standout dishes, but not enough for me to return.
