I had such a wonderful experience! Keeshan provided truly top-notch service from the moment I arrived. She also took the time to recommend the Cake & Drink Bundle and the Bread Bundle, explaining the promotions clearly without being pushy. Excellent customer service, great product knowledge, and a pleasant attitude.

The service provided by the store staffse specially AM Jacelyn Lau and the previous store manager Hafiz were excellent. They were attentive and friendly. Both of them attended promptly to my catering request and ensure I'm well taking care of. Both are having a warm hospitality and positive altitude.

Not too big a shop but there's always customers at every hours. Great service by staff and they were very friendly. Quite a number of cakes, bread to choose from and they were soft and delicious. Great display of items. The mushrooms were really tasty as you can bite chunks of mushrooms in every scoop. The hawaiian and mushrooms bread are soft and nice too.

Dropped by for a quick coffee and snack. Place is clean and a nice spot to just sit and chill for a bit. Also wanna give a shoutout to Eila. She was friendly, pleasant and attentive. Would definitely come by again if I’m in the area 👍🏽

I have place order & the staff just put my food on the kitchen top & never heat it up until I ask her. She never apologize & just do her work with “black face”. My mushroom soup is not hot due to her delayed & when I ask for the manager, they said manager will be here on 1pm & I’m there during 12:30pm. The lady (is a Malay lady) is preparing my food with out cover her mouth where she pull down her face mask before that. I have ask to reheat my soup & she is more “angry” doing that for me. I do not want to take photo of her as this is not right but this is not the service I want.
