I had a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette @ Jem, thanks to Sabrina at the counter. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her warm smile and excellent customer service made me feel very welcome, and she went the extra mile to assist me with my order. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who is so positive and attentive. Thank you, Sabrina, for making my visit such an enjoyable one. Keep up the fantastic work!

Nice comfortable cafe though might be crowded at times. Member benefit include a free cake for $10 spending. Got a cafe mocha chocolate cheese tart and a free strawberry yoghurt cake. Cake is light and chewy. Chocolate tart is also delicious not being overly sweet. Good quality cafe food.

Today is the first day Paris Baguette is halal. Immediately came down to try out coz it looks really appetizing every time I pass it. Love the ambiance and service staff. It is a little crowded given that it is a Friday evening but our family if 4 managed to get a seat. Got the in-season sweetheart couple bear shortcake set. So luxuriously soft and melts in the mouth taste. As for drinks we had caramel latte, chocolate creme foam, orange juice and honey milk. Enjoyed all the flavours, hot and cold beverages. For cakes, got ourselves the Shine Muscat Mousse cake, which is grape-like flavour and strawberry mouse cake as well. Taste so heavenly soft and sufficient sweetness, not too over indulgent. I must say the Muscat flavour takes me by surprised really enjoyed it, very unique. Will come back again to try others like the royal pudding, cheesy potato croquette and the out-of-stock vanilla custard bread. Thanks for making it halal :)

I had my Cajun chicken salad at Paris Baguette @ Aperia on 17th Dec 2025 and it tasted fresh with crunchy vegetables & sunflower seeds, fresh avocado and delicious quinoa. The cucumber was opaque and I can hear the crunch when I bite into it. Today, my husband bought back the same salad and it simply look disgusting! The lettuces are browned, the cucumbers slices look like they’ve been left soaked, the avocado tasted disgusting yucky sour and mashed up, the sunflower seeds and quinoa felt like it’s been left overnight! Even the tomatoes are powderish! This definitely doesn’t look nor taste like it’s freshly made!!! Mind you, he drove to Jems and back immediately! I definitely won’t buy any salad from this branch again!
