I’d always wanted to try this place, and I finally did today. The chicken shawarma was delicious—the ingredients were fresh, and the portion was generous. Next time, I’ll order it with less spice, as the seasoning tended to overpower the tahini sauce. The pita was especially impressive, and I highly recommend giving it a try. I also liked the takeaway packaging—it was neat and practical. My only suggestion would be the pricing. A slightly lower price point (around S$10.90, similar to Guzman y Gomez) might make it even more attractive to a wider range of customers. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back.

My first encounter with WeWa was at their Novena outlet on a weekend (14 June). The service was excellent! The team of guys patiently answered the queries I had about the food and were super friendly to boot. Shoutout to the team - thank you, guyz!! Food was delicious and filling, with vegetarian options available if one doesn't take meat. Now that I have visited their Somerset outlet, I can safely say that I very much prefer the ambience and cleanliness at Novena hahaa. Highly recommend this place!!

There was a limited time promotion for a free pita (can choose type of protein) with a cute free keychain. (: [review not required to enjoy promo, just decided to offer my own opinions] I got it during lunch as I've been wanting to try it every time I walked past. I got only 1 pita and it's really packed full with protein and super filling! I didn't have the urge to snack or order anymore side dishes. Also didn't get the usual post lunch drowsiness and remained alert. As I had the takeaway, my food was lukewarm by the time I got to eat it but it was still OK. The spicy sauce was balanced out with the creamy yogurt (?) sauce. Will consider trying their other items next time.

Came here on 4 different occasions and absolutely loved it each time. The taste is consistent. The pita 🫓 is fragrant and fluffy and held the ingredients really well. Bowl 🥗 on the other hand is alright. I'd recommend just going for the pita. Chicken shawarma was juicier and more savoury than the beef one in my opinion but I guess it's personal preference. Would be nice if there is an option to customize quantity of tahini and amba sauce just like how we have a choice for the level of harissa spices. Hope to see them opening an outlet in the east!

Comfort food done right at Wewa! The Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl was loaded with flavour — juicy, well-seasoned chicken paired with fragrant rice, crunchy fresh veggies, and creamy sauces that tied everything together perfectly. Every bite had that savoury, smoky shawarma taste with a refreshing balance from the herbs and onions. The Fried Chicken was crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy inside, giving that satisfying crunch with every bite. And of course, the Fries were golden, fluffy, and dangerously addictive! Finished the meal with the Peach Gagoz Drink — light, fruity, and super refreshing, making it the perfect combo to wash everything down Definitely one of those meals that feels comforting, filling, and worth craving again! The staffs were very friendly & helpful too!
