The service at Raffles place Paris Baguette was elevated from a standard bakery visit to an absolutely exceptional experience, entirely due to the outstanding hospitality provided by Hajar. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Hajar welcomed me with an authentic, warm smile and a greeting that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. It is rare to encounter front-of-house staff who maintain such a genuine, positive energy, especially during busy hours, but Hajar managed the flow of customers with absolute grace and professionalism. What stood out most was Hajar’s deep knowledge of the menu and the patience shown while helping me make a selection from the beautiful display of pastries and sandwiches. Instead of rushing through the transaction, Hajar took the time to explain the flavors of the seasonal items and offered excellent recommendations based on my preferences. The recommendation was absolutely spot-on, perfectly matching what I was looking for. This level of personalized attention transforms a routine transaction into a memorable dining experience. In addition to top-tier customer service skills, Hajar demonstrated remarkable efficiency and attention to detail. The order was put together flawlessly, wrapped beautifully, and handed over with genuine care. Even while handling multiple tasks simultaneously, Hajar never compromised on the quality of service or the cleanliness of the counter area. This dedication to maintaining a pristine environment and a welcoming atmosphere does not go unnoticed. It is clear that Hajar takes immense pride in their work and represents the Paris Baguette brand perfectly. Great food is always wonderful, but it is outstanding staff like Hajar who turn first-time visitors into loyal, lifelong regular customers. The warmth, kindness, and meticulous care provided today truly set a benchmark for what excellent hospitality should look like. I will certainly be returning to this location, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great treats paired with unmatched customer service. Thank you, Hajar, for making this visit so incredibly special and memorable!

Service was very prompt even during lunch hour. Staff was very helpful with my inquiry about the type of milks they offer with their coffee. Staff’s name is Miera I believe. Would definitely come again! 10/10!

Tried the cranberry cream cheese bread! Not bad~ The bread had a nice soft texture, cream was a light cream cheese flavour!

Hi Paris Baguette, I bought 3 puddings under the promo stated “3 for $15”, but was charged $15.50 instead. This doesn’t match the advertised price and is quite misleading. Can you please clarify why this happened and arrange for a refund of the difference? Thanks.
