I don't usually leave reviews, but after experiencing poor service from the same staff member more than once at Super Sushi ION, I felt it was worth sharing. During my recent visit, I waited around 15 minutes just for someone to take my order, even though there was only one customer ahead of me. The middle-aged lady at the counter had no sense of urgency, and in the end, another staff member had to step in and take my order instead. This wasn't my first unpleasant experience with her. On a previous visit, I simply wanted to confirm that the correct sushi had been picked and packed, as I understand it can sometimes be difficult to hear customers. Instead of answering politely, she raised her voice and rudely told me to wait. The food itself was good—the sushi was fresh and tasted great. Unfortunately, the service, particularly from this staff member, really affected the overall experience. I hope management looks into this because the food deserves much better customer service.

Very good value for the price! 4 pieces with only 8.9 dollars. Free chopsticks, wasabi, and soya sauce. Even though the sushi is not freshly made, it tastes quite good. Worth a try!

LOVE the sushi here and amazing service as well! The staff were very friendly and greeted me nicely. I came quite late, probably near closing time so there weren’t a lot of variety but the sushi still tasted fresh and yummy. Thank you 😊 for the yummy sushi!!

My fave sushi takeout place in SG! The beef pepper and soft shell crab are my favorites. Plus, the staff are always friendly and wonderful! 😊
