I visited the Munchi Pancakes CWP outlet today and would like to compliment Hayati. She was friendly, approachable, and provided excellent customer service. Her warm and cheerful attitude made my visit a pleasant one. She is truly an asset to your team. Thank you, Hayati!

Huge variety of Munchi flavors available early at 8:15 AM! Hanif and Ivy are incredibly friendly and always serve with a warm smile, making the morning experience so pleasant. The pancakes are packed with fillings. It’s been fav pancake brand for years!!

Must give a shoutout to the Chinese auntie at Munchi Pancakes, Causeway Point! 🥞❤️ Super friendly and approachable, always smiling and making customers feel welcome. The pancakes were nice as usual, but her service was what stood out the most. It’s rare to meet someone who serves with such a positive attitude nowadays. Thank you auntie for making my day a little brighter. Will definitely support again!

I've bought from them many times and the pancakes are consistently good! Staff are super patient with some difficult and fussy customers. They're also friendly and here's a small attention to detail I really appreciate: when they hand me a bag of pancakes, they hold open the handles so I can easily and quickly slip my fingers and yeet my bag with me. Yay y'all awesome :)
