Munchi Pancakes never disappoints with their food, but Zace takes the experience to the next level. He is incredibly polite and shows so much patience and respect when helping elderly customers. Kudos to Zace for the wonderful service and great pancakes!

Friendly and fast service from Rizwan. My family loves the pancakes too, especially the hazelnut one. Thank you!

25th June 2026, at approximately 1200 I ordered around 4 munchi pancakes for my family. To me, it is a large order as i am mute. However, the staff member present during this time was very accommodating and patient when taking my order. This is not the first time the staff has helped me make my order. I am very satisfied with his service and commend his way of communicating with someone such as myself.
