Worst Yoshinoya outlet for customer experience. The air conditioning is consistently out of order, making the space uncomfortably warm. When I asked staff if the side "escape door" could be opened for better air circulation, I was told it was "spoiled". It's disappointing to see so little attention paid to both customer comfort and basic safety — a fire escape door should never be left non-functional. Truly a very poor dining experience overall.

Love the food. And love that it is halal, however as i was enjoying my meal there is a family of 4 seated opposite me. They got 2 empty bowls and emptied their own food into the bowls for the kids. As this is a halal certified premise, it is very concerning that the food they put into the bowls meant for diners may be cross contaminated with food that they cook at home which is not halal.

The foreign male staff assured me that there would be no added sauce to unagi but the food came with so much of sauce that made the food extremely salty. Disgusting. Wasted people's money. First and the last time in any of yoshinoya.

I love the food. Always order online and first time visiting the stall. Staff is very friendly BUT i could feel the heat from the kitchen as i was waiting for the food. I feel bad for the kitchen staff. I think better ventilation or some kind of good quality fan would make it more bearable. And the kitchen light also seems spoilt (blinking). Only half the kitchen is lit. Hope the management can make it better for the staff!

Tried their bibimbap. The sauce was so good and addicting. It goes well with the beef gyudon and the onsen egg. Will surely be back for more. 🤤🤤🤤. Special mention to the staff who were very accomodating and welcoming.
