am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service I received. I expected a freshly cooked meal, but instead witnessed staff reheating red bean soup directly from the refrigerator. The staff member then overfilled the container until it overflowed and failed to clean the exterior. Most concerningly, the soup was spoiled and sour to the taste. It is unacceptable for a food establishment to sell reheated, day-old stock that is unfit for consumption Selling spoiled, reheated food is a major health risk. Very dishonest and unprofessional

Their desserts are good but the pricing for certain toppings are not stated clearly. For example I tried to build my own cup and wanted to get the new passion fruit boba and the staff said to add 20cents which I'm fine with and then she proceeded to still add something that I didn't ask for and said that bobo cost $1.50 instead. I also asked for the student 10% discount but she said my SUTD student card isn't valid as it doubles as my bank debit card. She said only "matriculation card" or ez link card can but my card was my matriculation card that doubles as my bank card. It really added to the frustration of buying.

Operated by Mr Bean, Do Qoo is like nine fresh concept. I got the taroly option which consists of soy pudding and grass jelly as base, aloe vera, taro jelly and taro balls as topping and opted out from the soy cream. The soy pudding is lao ban type, and isn’t the same as beancurd. Wished it was the latter. Overall, not too sweet. A filling and refreshing dessert for $4.80.

Terrible experience with the girl at the counter . Rude attitude and rude service . Asked if got any promotions. Didn’t say anything. I purchased $22 worth of items then pass me the coupons that I could definitely have used. Kept asking me anything else? anything else? They changed their packaging as well. Now using more atas materials. Miss the aunty that was at cashier previously. Aunty very nice service and attitude. This girl really jialat.

Had a redemption for waffle and staff says there is no stock for it on that day (Sunday, 1 June 2024). I have to travel 15mins to Hougang 1, and hence asked if I can replace it with other items. The staff simply say it can’t be done and asked me to try redeeming it another day to which I explained it is expiring in a few days time and unlikely I will make another trip down to Hougang 1 again in the next few days. She simply asked me to go try at another outlet and quoted example of going to Nex instead. To be fair to her, she’s simply going by the book. But I guess that’s the mentality of an unempowered staff which I think it’s simply inflexible. And to be fair to this company, I do think their desserts are pretty decent. Hence I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But I will not be back at this branch.
