To get your soya bean fix in Singapore, most people will head to this franchise - Mr Bean. If you’re lucky, you will get pancakes fresh out from the round molds. I was not this time :(
However, the pancakes are still chewy and the tuna filling is still tuna, it’s just not as warm.
The auntie was also quite friendly for Singaporean standards. Meaning, not brisk or rude

The ladies at Mr Bean are very nice and friendly! We totally enjoyed ourselves there. I can’t recall their names but I think it was Tina. Please send my compliments to both the staff working at 3pm, 21/01/2025.

Healthy soy milk that is not too sweet; now have more flavours like Thai Tea Soy Milk and Black Soy Milk besides the Classic Soy Milk.

Their 𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 and 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 are our absolute favourites from Mr Bean. Just look at the cross section - the kaya and bssm fillings are oozing out! For those that would like a more filling option, their 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 and 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 & 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘀 and 𝗦𝗼𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 were packed with nutritious veggies and were not too salty, which came as a pleasant surprise.
Beyond the usual 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗼𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 in all its variations, we also got their 𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝘆𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸. They come in flavours like 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 and 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗧𝗲𝗮 which we really like!
