Poor customer service. Basically begging to be served after paying for our meals. No chicken availible. Had to wait 30 mins. No smile, no sorry. Had to ask to have the table cleaned. Moved from original seating. Asked for tomatoe sauce, given one at a time for a family of six. Menu changed, flavour changed, portions smaller. Would not recommend. Spend your money where you are valued as a customer... The staff member was more worried about cleaning the floors and making everywhere dust, rather than making the customer happy.

Popped in for lunch. Grabbed a Tower burger combo and a Wrap. Very filling. Great portion sized chicken breast, sizzling hot fresh fries. A big upgrade from the ' colonel burger ' 🤣🤣🤣

Very tiny chicken and not fresh, not crispy. Both the original and spicy flavour are the same, they’re all spicy . Maybe they fry them in the same oil. We bought one tine from Westfield in South Morang and that was the best. The ones in craigiburn taste different. I thought they should have the same recipe. The ones in Campbellfield is also really nice . I’m very very disappointed in Marry Briwn Craigieburn. I’m never buying there again. I should have gone to El Janna next door

Honestly, after my experience at the Campbellfield MaryBrown. I should not have wasted my time and money coming here. I ordered a chicken tender meal with an expectation that it would be DECENT, but no! The chicken smelt like fish. Purely fish. I had ONEEE piece of a good tender. The fries were JUST okay but lacked seasoning and the only good thing was the little itty bitty dinner roll. I kid you not, the chicken smelt like rotting fish and bleach mixed together. What? Like how are you so popular yet neglect the smallest things on the menu. Here’s a photo of the one piece of okay chicken I had compared to the fishy bleach smelling off putting piece. Why is it translucent with pink/yellow hues you may ask? The chicken was either undercooked, spoiled or contaminated. I’m so upset that I gave this restaurant another chance after the horrible dry, overcooked, strangely unbiteable chicken I got from campbellfield MB. Disgusting. Can’t say anything else because the staff looked so unbothered while working. Just imagine during rush hour.

Food preparation was extremely slow to be expected from a fast food restaurant! Took 25 mins from order at kiosk to collection. Was told chicken not ready :) rice was soggy too Repeated experiences same outcome
