The matcha pretzels in this branch not that tasty as the one in NEX. Cheese hotdogs roll can try not bad..

They have so many pretzel flavours but not all are available. I wanted plain raisin but was told that I had to wait 30mins.. if it is already out of stock, they should have just started baking a new batch earlier..

Store opens at 11. Was q-ing at 10.54. Staff were v friendly. Freshly-made pretzels r heavenly! Thank u :)

Ordered garlic pretzel. Actual product looks quite different from the image on menu or website. Disappointed as there is minimal garlic taste, just powdery feel.

Ordered hotdog. Teenage girl dropped it on the table with crumbs all over. Conveniently put into the wrapper and gave me. So I asked for a new one. As there was none left on the rack, she relayed to the senior staff who was doing the baking. Auntie shouted: then ask that customer to wait la. So I didn't buy the hotdog. And she placed it back on the rack. Management anyhow hire staff?

I went to plaza sing on the 25th of August to make a purchase for the 3 for $10 pretzels with my friends. When i reach the cashier counter, one of the malay staff with hijab was so friendly that she wanted to help make the pretzels that i have ordered when suddenly a grumpy aunty with glasses and black short hair decided to just anyhow make the pretzels and packed it quickly with an annoyed voice asking my friend to make the payment. This incident has just ruin my mood to buy the pretzels.. Hopefully to find more friendly staff here.

On 10 August 2023 around 12:40pm at aunty anne plaza singapura, Auntie with glasses very rude manner and spoil my mood! She should learn how to talk with customer.

Have you ever baked a pretzel? I haven’t however i have experienced standing infront of the kiosk while waiting for my turn as its a long que,been staring at the Auntie cutting the dough,shaping it to this pretzel shape,soaking it to the water in a seconds,rinse for a minute,topped it with almond,prepare the pan and bake it. Wow!Looks simple and amazing. Love it much!Bought 2 packet with same flavour,had finish 1 packet while walking and now enjoying the other piece with my latte❤️Pastry lovers,this is a Pretzel Perfect!Must Try❤️

Ordered a parmesen cheese pretzel today and got served a cheese sausage roll by a young hijab malay staff. Without even handing me the receipt or checking if my order is right, she went to work on her other errands. I had to wait for a whole minute to get her attention, and when I told her it was the wrong order, she said I told her cheese roll... She gave me a refund of $0.60 instead of the supposed $1.10, and when I queued again to question her, she said she keyed chicken roll. After checking my credit card statement, she charged me the cheese roll.... Meaning she should've refunded me $1.10... horrible

Told staff my son has a dairy allergy (it scars his oesophagus). Asked for a vegan option. Watched them dip in butter. Asked if it was dairy free. Staff pointed at menu saying it was vegan. Walked away. Went back and asked if it was dipped in butter. Staff said yes. This isn’t vegan if dipped in butter.

It was not even closing time yet (around 8.15pm), there were still pretzels available but the grumpy chinese auntie told customers there were no more pretzels and said the shop was already closed.

Could not resist the smell of auntie anne and we got parmesan cheese pretzel. It was great and it serves as a good tea break snack. Price wise it cost us around $3.80.

the young girl at the counter is very rude, and totally spoiled the auntie Anne's experience. we reached the store at 10:55 am, we were rudely told the store opens at 11 am .. we agreed and come at 11:20 am, we asked for two classic pretzels again we were rudely told that we would need to wait for 10 to 15 mins. there were no queues we were only customers.... Someone teach that young girl some manners and how to treat customers

really disappointed and upset w the customer service. When paying, i handed the cashier (the young lady wearing a hijab) cash on my left hand side, she bare her other hand to receive from the other side. (her body language and rolling of eyes is really unacceptable). Regardless the pretzel is poorly made. Personally, i eat auntie anne every now and then and this time, i could just tell that the pretzel is not even coated properly, just look at the photo. That is supposed to be Almond Crunch. and you can even taste a bit of bitterness from the matcha. Really upset about the customer service. i left because i need to rush somewhere

I just asked a quick question to the hijab lady wearing eye-glasses about the claimed of "Vegan-Friendly" as to whether the hotdogs are vegan too. She SARCASTICALLY answer me "of course the hotdogs are chicken hotdogs.!". PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE ALSO PLANT BASED (VEGAN) HOTDOGS. I'm a VEGAN for more than 16yrs till now & that's why I asked wether your hotdogs are also VEGAN. I eat VEGAN HOTDOGS purchase from reliable sources. Noted that there's Vegan Hotdogs out there, if this ignorant hijab girl do not know. Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND the Plaza Sing outlet, you may be served by this Judgemental & Sarcastic hijab girl with eye-glasses. I also would like to talk to the Manager if possible about your NOT Customer-Friendly staff. Is being sarcastic to customers are part of the job.?🤨
