2 extra large pizza 🍕 at $33, good for 2-3 pax . Waited for 10min after order placement. Staff was polite and provided cheese 🧀 & chili powder. Although the pizzas 🍕 were just made/baked, but when dabao home they were already cold. Wondering should bring a warm bag like food rider 👨 next time. Taste wise, the pizza 🍕 doesn’t give cheese stretching effect, lack of cheese. I read some of the reviews were also indicated this issue. Hope Pezzo can improve in this area.

Consider newly open pizza shop. This outlet slightly bigger then northpoint outlet , very big waiting area. Some promotion on going , n I’ve picked those ready pizza so didn’t wait for so long.

This year’s Mao Shang Wang pizza ($6.90) was not as good as last year’s. Dough was soft but overall, it tasted abit sour in some parts.

$7.90 + 30 minutes of waiting time while waiting for the chefs to finish smoking. Is this part of the new opening set menu? Just a suggestion, maybe you guys can put a refund option on your diy kiosk and save both of our time and trouble.

bad experience, combo set showing 2 different pizza flavour but staff rudely say only can choose 1 flavour. female indonesian staff refused to give her name and claim that different outlet operates differently. @Pezzo Singapore please train your staff and update the menu photos accordingly to avoid confusions! 6:20pm, Feb 2 Pezzo@Sunplaza

today dec 6 at 9am i want to complain one of your lady staff who serve my pizza cuz she is very rude ang arrogant, if you are not in the mood to work then dont come to work.dont serve and show your attitude to people!!!!! sembawang pizzo girl dont come to work and show your ugly face and bad mood to customer!!!!!!!

The pizza is okay, at least better than frozen pizza, but the service is terrible. Yesterday, on 24/01/24, I visited Pezzo Sunplaza around 6:30 pm for a quick dinner. Despite calling the staff loudly multiple times, no one attended to me. The chef near the cashier ignored me and continued arranging pizza ingredients. The female staff pretended to be busy. After wasting 10 minutes, I had to leave and grab some cake instead. Their staff at always has a "moody" attitude, but at least they still serve you. Yesterday was the worst. Seriously, the management should retrain these two staff if they want to keep their customers.

1. Can you imagine, just one sliced is SG$ 5,3??? But, I admit, for taste is okay lah. But, for stomach not full, just passing in your mouth then your intestine. 2. For hospitality I admit sor warmthful. Can speak Malay too. Bisa pula cakap bahasa Melayu. Bertudung puan penjual dan Moslem too. As an Indonesian, I admit, its so help me, surely. 3. 100% Halal, so recommended for Indonesian tourist to try it as culinary destination. 4. Clean and tidy so well. KEEP IT! Score: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
