Went here for the nasi lemak. I was impressed at first bcs the portion was MASSIVE!!! As I was excitedly eating it, I noticed the chickens weren’t cooked. So we sent it back only to be re-fried!!! Then I continued, to find the chickens remained uncooked 🙂🙂🙂

My curry chicken drumstick turned into tiny pieces like someone has ate it and not in drumstick shape anymore. Already feedback to staff and her response is unsatisfactory where she claimed it is normal. She refuse to change another drumstick for me!

Arrived at 5:50pm to order my meal. Waited a good 5 mins at the counter with the staff totally ignoring my presence! I can see he’s working on delivery orders but the basic courtesy is to let me know you’ll attend to me shortly. I enquired about the difference between Ayam berempah and the newly launched golden crunch nasi lemak and he couldn’t really answer me. I ordered berempah and saw a dark deep fried chicken, broken into 2 pieces (across the bone drumstick!) and the thigh was uncooked with blood. Absolutely horrible and won’t be back again. My order from Dabba Bowl took 20 mins before it was ready.

I recently visited the Crave Nasi Lemak outlet at Sun Plaza and ordered takeaway. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The waiting time was about 18 minutes, which felt quite long. The Ayam Berempah quality was poor — the skin was overly dark and the meat was quite hard. The rice was also below expectations — it was clumpy and slightly mushy in parts, lacking the usual fluffy texture and coconut fragrance that nasi lemak should have. Overall, the meal did not meet expectations. I hope the outlet can improve on both food quality and consistency.
