Purchase rice meal: M1 and M4, meal total $17.20 because i take away. Reach home only to find 5 piece of SMALL PIECE of chicken bites which size of 1-inch. Salted Egg sauce and Cereals filled the whole bowl, which i dont mind because this have been my favourite but having this meal eaten by adult serve to eat with 1-inch piece of chicken bite - is ridiculous. Knowning the price is expensive too. This is a scam ! At least serve proper chicken bite like karrage and match the price.

I ordered from the Changi City Point branch previously and the taste was very good. However, I ordered again from the Hougang branch, and the taste was completely different. The management team may need to check why the same brand has such a big difference in taste between branches. I hope the management can look into this issue and ensure consistency in food quality across all branches.

Burned and the whole fried rice is unable to eat. I think they didn’t wash the wok. All our dishes have the burnt material

Ordered Salted fish Fried Rice. The moment I saw when self collect, it wasn't even appealing..Rice was tasteless & practically just rice with some tiny pieces of salted fish & 2 PC of prawns, "fried with rice". Guess I'm not the only 1 here with lousy reviews. Patrons here are not expecting restaurants standards but at least we need to have basic culinary standards of dishes here. F&B is tough, if the management don't even look into these basic requirements of being in this trade, then wish U good luck!

This store sure live up to its terrible reputation with it's bad review from consumers. Order carrot cake, double confirm with cashier (chinese female staff) that is having here at food court. When come to collect Food, staff give me different food and is in takeaway. double confirm with other staff (chinese female staff) who take my order so many times and still can't confirm my orders, and keep asking me if I paid for the food already or not. If I didn't paid, why would you give me the buzzer? Or can give me receipt to confirm the order which she didn't issue. After finally confirm order, Food is still in take away order. Show attitude when giving the food, when clarify with staff, The Chinese female staff just show attitude and turn away and ignore me. Well done on the service. Highly recommend not to patronise the store
