You could add it like this: I placed my order at 9:09 PM and waited 31 minutes, only to be informed at 9:40 PM that the restaurant had run out of rice. What’s frustrating is that there was more than enough time to identify the issue and inform customers earlier, rather than only mentioning it when the food was about to be served. I also don't understand why the waiting time was so long when the order consisted of simple fried dishes. On top of that, the dining area was uncomfortably warm, which made the wait even less pleasant. To make matters worse, the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. By the time our food finally arrived, we had very little time left to enjoy our meal and ended up having to rush through it. Overall, the poor communication, excessive waiting time, and rushed dining experience significantly affected what could have been an enjoyable meal.

Went in the afternoon, wasn't peak hour. The staffs here were all incredibly friendly and welcomed everyone with smiles on their faces, which was really nice. Environment was clean and cozy, especially so because of their service. Jollibee's always had good food. Fries were well-seasoned, rest were alright too. Would recommend, overall a really nice experience here!

Hot crispy spicy Chickenjoy 8 pcs bucket $26.50 was really enjoyable and the chicken cut portion is huge. Juicy and tender with the signature sauce for dipping making it a perfect snack or extra satisfying fried chicken meal. Highly recommended to try this outlet thought the wait is approximately 15 mins.
