Dear Super Sushi Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received during my recent visit to your outlet. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The female member who attended to me was rude, impatient, and came across as dismissive when I was simply trying to place my order and ask a few questions. Rather than providing assistance, I felt that I was treated with disrespect, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and I believe every customer deserves to be treated politely and professionally. I understand that staff can have busy or stressful days, but that should never be reflected in the way customers are spoken to. I hope you will look into this matter and remind your staff of the importance of maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude. I would appreciate knowing that this feedback has been taken seriously so that future customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I look forward to your response. Yours sincerely, Iris kayra

I had place an order on Grab for my fiancee and her house mates. It wasn't a small order so it took longer than expected, but they loved it. 72piece - Ultimate Premium Party Box 24poece - Maki Lovers Bundle Note: if ordering thru Grab you might want to double check order que with super sushi, I had placed my order 3hours in advanced with intentions to be delivered (order later function on grab) My order was an hour late.

The variety & taste of sushi from this stall is great. In fact, this is better than many well known eateries. Service of the staffs is wonderful too. They were patient in clarifying the ingredients used when I was in doubt.

Had a great experience! I really enjoyed the fresh sushi, and Ah Ping provided excellent, friendly service. Will definitely come back again!

The sushi all look very appetising but fail to excite the palate. I bought 2 premium and 4 normal flavours for $15+. For this price, you can actually enjoy a substantial meal in a restaurant. Good for people who want a quick sushi fix but care less about flavours.
