Chicken is fried to order. It’s seasoned well and delightfully juicy and fresh! Staff were pleasant and responsive too. Happy to have this franchise in the east!

Edit: recently got the two piece chicken meal, coleslaw and drink. The fried chicken is highly battered and tbh has the frozen smell so I wouldn't recommend it but guys, don't sleep on the coleslaw!! I was pleasantly surprised to find the coleslaw cold, creamy and just the right amount of tanginess. If taking away, would recommend the powder chicken instead of the sauce chicken as the chicken pieces got soggy when I reached home. However the flavour (Taiwanese salt & pepper) was super on point! Lots of garlic tossed in too. The weight felt a bit light (I got the L size) but tbh there was quite a lot of chicken.

The guy that served with no welcome and no smile in it, I ordered my 20:21 after payment he said ten minutes waiting time, Im standing in front of shop without a chair or place to dining, now is already 20:51 half n hour waited. its so frustrating. without an apology from the service.

Place not consistent. Their food fast much better without the salt seasoning. Should consider pouring the salt into separate bags as too much of it taste terrible. Order thru grab and first time was great - 2nd time, staff did not follow instructions and salted all chicken which tasted terrible

Tried their jimbo cutie twice and both times it was good! Always opt for the spicy powder. Chicken is a little crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside. Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Will repeat again.
