The first time I came to get waffles it was prepared by a lady in tudung and it was delicious. Came the next time and it was prepared by a foreign young lady and she didnt manage the time well and over burnt both my waffles.

Been here a couple of times in the evening for bread and pastry but none of my experience was pleasant. There is this foreign young lady who manage the cashier and waffles who seems like she had a bad day whenever I patronised the shop. Certain items was not label and when I seek confirmation on the name and ingredients, she snap and make remarks that you can never imagine. Sometimes she will just gave you a death stare when you ask her on certain items. My wife and myself had a horrible experience at this outlet. When I voice out my concern on why she was rude, she uttered in a foreign language and hushed away. An old lady who was behind her had to say “Sorry” on her behalf! OMG…why isn’t the owner of this place aware of this staff attitude??

The Tau Sar Piah is usually quite good. But today I tried the red bean one, the paste inside is so hard like a cookie! (??). Red Bean Cookies inside the Tau Sar Piah???
