I wish to compliment the professional team from Sengkang outlet from my take-away purchase today, dated 04/08/26 at 10.10am. I was amongst the first few to arrive before 10am and the crowd was slowly coming in. The team opened exactly on time with no delays. Such professionalism in their trade and role. Salaried workers that work with honesty and passion. Each customers were greeted and interacted. I would like to say my utmost appreciation to this Kakak that served me. She got my orders and lastly she asked if I wanted some gravy as my combination was dry selections. This took me aback as she bothered to ask and this goes a long way back to how she wanted me to enjoy the meal and not be disappointed. To you Kakak, you have a customer-centric mindset. Kudos to also the young gentleman that served everyone with patience. He had a calm tone and was ever ready to serve. This is the kind of service that we should always applaud and celebrated. Thank you everyone.

Some of the dishes nice but some not so nice. Overpriced. Ordered chicken curry but chicken very small pc. Not worth , one plate of rice $9.50 just lunch in foodcourt.

I had a wonderful experience at Hajah Maimunah. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and tasted just like a comforting home-cooked meal. Every dish was well-prepared and fresh, making it hard to choose a favourite. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their excellent service and warm hospitality made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you to the entire team for the amazing food and service. I will definitely be returning and recommending Hajah Maimunah to my family and friends. May your business continue to prosper and be blessed with success. ❤️🍽️

Patronised HJH Maimunah several times and it never fails to have a queue especially during peak hours. Their nasi Padang with beef rendang is good, the beef is tender and flavourful. Portion sizes vary depending on the server, sometimes I get a generous serving, while other times it’s only about 60% of what’s shown in the picture. The mee soto can be a little salty at times

On 26 February 2026, I visited your outlet at Compass One. As the queue was long, I chose to place a Grab pickup order instead. I placed my order at 7:09pm, with a confirmed pickup time of 7:24pm. While waiting, I went to purchase food from McDonald’s. When I returned at 7:44pm, 20 minutes after the stated pickup time, my order had not even been packed. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when a confirmed pickup time was given. I was told by a female service crew that they were short-staffed. While I understand operational challenges may arise, manpower shortage is not a valid excuse for failing to meet confirmed order timings. To make matters worse, I was then informed that the Ayam Lemak Cili Padi set I ordered was sold out. This is extremely frustrating, as the item was clearly available for selection on GrabFood at the time I placed my order. Customers should not be allowed to order items that are already unavailable. In addition, I had ordered Terung Belado, which was also finished. It was replaced with another dish without proper consultation or clear explanation. This shows a serious lack of coordination and communication. The staff repeatedly insisted that I replace the items with other options. However, my husband does not eat beef, so the suggested replacements were not suitable. I was further disappointed by the staff’s attitude. Although she initially apologised, she later responded in Malay, “Dah cakap maaf lepas tu kalau tak ada barang itu macam mana,” and proceeded to ignore me. This response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. I expect management to take this matter seriously. The delay, inaccurate stock availability on GrabFood, unauthorized replacement of items, and the staff’s attitude reflect very poor service standards. I strongly urge your company to investigate this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action to prevent such situations from happening again. Attached photo is the lady.
