Super hot ah! I know Aircon centralized but needs improvement.. food is okok . Breakfast have sets so it's worth the money. Iced beverages add on a few cents

Dine-in at Heavenly Wang@Sengkang Grand:- 《Food》🍽 1) Mee Siam - Portion ok - Got prawns - Taste ok 2) Rendang Chicken Rice - Rendang is try, little gravy - Egg and Chicken have not cooked long enough to have the taste - Portion OK - Peanuts too many 3) Prata with Chicken - Prata is store-bought 🫠 - Curry too spicy 4) Teh C Kosong - One sip I know is not nice. Very siap siap bitter taste, no milky taste. Kopitiam one nicer. 《Atmosphere》☕️ - Decor is nice, love the orange colour - Space is quite cramped inside - Saw aircon leaking near to the main entrance 《Service》👨🍳 - No service due to self-service + return of plates/utensils Awaiting Halal Certification 😊

I ordered a roti prata set and this is what arrived, tried to feedback to the staffs and was ignored. No service recovery was done.

Served with dirtied egg dish. Asked to replace the dish, server just washed with water and gave me that wet dish. All 4 eggs yolks broke when we cracked them so just imagine how ‘fresh’ they were… Toast was good but served on wet plates, and the last toast soaked the liquid, was soggy wet for consumption.

Very poor attitude from the staff named Jack. Tried to order two items and just coincidence it's all sold out. Due to that, I asked what items are available so as not to order another item that is sold out. Instead of explaining, he sighed, rolled his eyes and replied with a frustrating tone, highlighting that all other item is available. Subsequently I ordered curry chicken prata set and he have to walk away to check if it's available. When he return, he didn't even say anything and just key into his system. I follow up with other orders and lucky enough toast set is available. Maybe it's a tiring day at work but such attitude is undesirable in service line. I tried to understand but can't help but share it for all to judge on your own view. Thanks.

Giving 4 stars because I was satisfied with the counter staff but not really with the others. The staff gets 5 stars. I ordered ala carte and drinks and the staff combined the order for me after asking for permission. Ordering process was fast polite and efficient. Food was out relatively fast within 10 mins. We ordered toast, mee rebus, and laksa. All of them tasted good but suspiciously similar to qiji. Nothing out of the ordinary. Atmosphere wise the area wasn't the cleanest and it was tight. Suitable for quick and short meals. Not the most baby friendly place and more suitable for smaller groups.

Ordered cup of takeaway coffee on sunday morning 3rd sep. After that had food poisoning, and I only have that cup of coffee the entire day, so couldn't be anything else. Also when I entered the shop, it was stuffy with a weird odour, suspect that something turned bad in the kitchen.

My Fav Bf Place ☕️ • Ibu Mee Rebus & Ice Yuan Yang set~Tasty warm mee rebus with complete topping. • Tuna Melt~I really enjoyed every bites. Atmosphere: Although quite cramped space inside but it’s considered a clean & relax place for morning breakfast

Everything is ok. The staff is friendly and polite. Environment a bit hot, then queuing very long due to lack of manpower. Suggestion: Install fans

5 stars for the staff's service and attitude. Very welcoming and polite. Warmed up the pastries and served nicely. Coffee is decent but can be more aromatic. Can review inventory of coffee bean. Good service!

3 weeks in a row with uncooked soft boiled eggs. Usually the 2nd batch they return will be fine, this time round it's still not cooked. Bread is burnt too Dining area is hot, service staff are all showing black face. One of the worst Heavenly Wang.

The staffs are not attentive and kinda heck care attitude. I was standing there waiting to order a cup of coffee, the staff (A male) saw me and did not even bother to ask me to wait (keep doing his own stuffs). Another female also didn't bother. If you are not happy to serve I don't think you are suitable to be in this service line.

The male staff took my coffee order and gave me takeaways instead of dining in cup. When i told him i want to dine in, he said he had asked when he did not. Then did not bother to change it to a mug for me and just turned his back.
