For our Saturday lunch, we decided to tryout Heavely Wang’s local food ordered via foodpanda since had a welcome voucher to use. We ordered mee rebus, laksa, mee Siam and ayam masak Manis yellow rice. The packaging of each dish was packed well. Taste was really good especially the Laksa (lush gravy) and chicken rice (tender grilled chicken). And presentation of the food was good with each items placed nicely in each pack. For the price paid, this is definitely a reasonable choice versus other similar cafes. However, their tea was rather disappointing. Somehow it had a weird taste which my hubby and I did not enjoy. Overall will definitely try again minus the tea.

Food standard was not that great, more expensive than the other food court too. Tables have some stains and were not wiped properly. Staff was polite though. Wouldn’t come again, would rather explore the other food court next time.

SAFRA should have some control over Cafe that operating in SAFRA, ensure that the foods and QC have some standard. I know the picture and the "actual" foods can be different but please not too much. The portion that selling and the picture is a bit out leh.

25 Jan 23. Ordered my prata set at 1150h, and I had to wait for almost 30 min! There was only 3-4 occupied tables - the stall was virtually empty. Had to take away instead cos I waited till I'm gonna be late for my next appt and on an empty stomach.

Order Kaya toast set. Waited for 10 mins, wondered why they did not ask me to collect the coffee and eggs. They even served later customers before me. Turns put the staff forgot abt my order altogether. The eggs were watery, definitely not soft boiled, tasted horrible. The coffee C was also meh. Kaya toast is average. Overall poor experience and I will never go back there again.

After 15 minutes of wait, the overloaded staff is still unwilling to take orders from customers queuing at the counter. Only prefers to serve all the delivery orders (virtual customers). Is this a correct altitude?

The male malay staff was rude and impolite. He ought to be counselled and to be retrained to greet customers and also to take orders and explain patiently. There was a sense of anger at taking the orders and did not even call out to me when the order was ready. The previous Malay lady staff was also not kind when explaining that most items were out by 6pm. What is going on with the lack of training at this outlet?

Food was surprisingly good for cafe standard. The rice was fragrant and Chili was good. Chicken was tender but abit tasteless. Curry was fragrant.

We ordered two sets of toast set with eggs at SAFRA mount faber. The lady whom prepared my order has been working here for a long time. It’s never easy for her given the shortage of manpower. I would like to appeal all patrons to be patient and kind to her. After all, she’s only a worker and not a boss.

Not a good experience. A Malay Female staff practically needs to attend Some Service Training. Placed wrong orders for us even we pointed the Nasi Lemak menu asking for Chicken Luncheon set with rice. If your sales here has declined you should know the reason now.
