Extremely slow service. Staff is nonchalant. At the airport, people are rushing because we have a flight to take. Be mindful

Croissants are nice and they offer to warm them up but the small black americano is a bucket and the flat white is a very milky late. The staff are bordering on rude as they rush around. I understand they are busy but this is not the Singaporean way.

I’m very disappointed in this chain and not sure why they can get 2 stores in Changi (this one in Terminal 1 and another one in Terminal 2). The service, from order taking to food preparation, is always pretty slow. Airport service is supposed to be fast cuz passengers have flights to take. I really hope they will take the service QC seriously.

Visited Heavenly Wang at Changi Airport Terminal 1 on 1 February 2026, around 8:00 pm (Singapore time) while I was transiting through the airport. The item I ordered was their popular Laksa. The laksa was comforting and satisfying. Just what you want during a long journey. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming for an airport setting, with enough space for families, making it kid-friendly, and the layout appeared wheelchair accessible with clear walkways and seating. Service deserves special mention. Siti Juliani, who was taking orders, was incredibly kind and patient when my international cards weren’t working. Even though I was only transiting, she made sure I didn’t go hungry, which meant a lot at that moment. This level of warmth and professionalism is what truly sets Changi Airport apart. Thank you, Siti.

Ordered the traditional toast set. Asked for less butter. Took the first bite, tasted like plain bread. Lifted up the bread and struggled to find any kaya. Very bad experience, practically eating butter/plain bread. No more Wang for me. No heavenly experience at all. I’ll go Ya Kun.
