Can’t complain. This was my first time in the Singapore airport. I had no idea how or what to order but the lady explained it briefly. The laksa from here was decent and filling and comes with a coffee, all for 9 bucks. One of the more satisfying airport choices I’ve made.

The bad service reviews are REAL. ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE. Dine at your own risk, if you want to get shouted at. Will never ever come to this branch. Shame on the management for even putting those staff at the airport branch, showcasing the ZERO service level of Heavenly Wang. We had come here for drinks as were waiting for my relative to go into the departure gate. Staff at the counter was exemplary, patient and explained the different sets. And was flexible too when I had various requests. Food was ok, we ordered the Kaya bread n egg set and also the pandan cake set with iced milo and iced lemon tea. The nightmare came when we did the right thing and wanted to return the tray. As the tray return station was full, we didn’t see the tray return station at the other end of the shop, and we left the tray neatly at the food collection counter. Instead of just taking in the tray, the staff at the food collection counter shouted pretty loudly at us, gestured and told us to return it to the tray return station at the other end. Mind you, there were some tables which customers had not even bothered to keep the dirty dishes. Did the staff see fit to shout at customers? Where is the service level that Changi Airport prides itself on? Where is the exceptional service that I always see at the various Heavenly Wang branches? I’ve had times whereby I couldn’t return my trays at other competitor coffee outlets, and the staff at the counters gladly accepted my tray and some even went further and thanked me for keeping the tray. I would not think it would take much effort to take the tray from a customer and help out a fellow colleague. Least of all is shouting at customer if you are in the service industry. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this branch of Heavenly Wang at Changi Airport terminal 1 at all.

One of the good places in Changi Airport for food is Heavenly Wang. Got their menu covering lite food to Rice sets, drinks. Good customer service and tasty food, quality is maintained and I always recommend this place while traveling. I loved the Teh C and Namsi Lemak set this time.

Decent kaya toast, order the original set with coffee, a bit too sweet for my taste. Eggs seem to be served cold, toast is just lukewarm but I couldn’t expect more from airport food. Coffee is not good, tastes like instant coffee.

Good place! Love their Laksa and Ayam Lemak, flavor is so good, so authenic, very reasonable price. The service is very fast and tha staff are very friendly. The only thing off I guess is they don't often clear the tables after one customer eats but other than that, this place is great! 5/5 highly recommend this place and would definately go back.

I have to say this place reflects poorly on Singapore if foreigners visit here and such service is provided. Disappointing indeed. First, you provide options for people to order via QR code and some are allowed to order in person. Hence the ordering number called was confusing. Next, breakfast menu was included in the online ordering system. After 11, the breakfast menu is unavailable. Then the system should block those items to avoid people making mistake and order. Once someone makes a mistake, the staff sounds you like you made a grave mistake. I was truly shocked with this. Best to avoid this place unless you have nothing else to eat. Overall good wasn’t great anyway.

Wanted a quick drink and bite. Got the iced milo. Which was super watered down laaa. Did not taste great at all! The Kaya toast was not bad, but not great. A bit too toasted. Also had the peanut butter toast. Same goess ~ The service was not great but not bad. They just weren’t friendly or polite. 🥲 More honest reviews! visit my ig @hangryhawlz

Set 1 (SGD 6) Include 4 pieces Kaya butter toast , 2 eggs and 1 drink. I really like their kaya toast, more than Yakun! Kopi is also good, love it👍 24h open

The set rice meal is great ! Delicious . However the service is a bit slow during ordering . Overall still a great place to taste the local curry or Rendang chicken rice . The roast chicken taste not as good and too dry , so I do not recommend .

Decently priced airport food. We got 2 Kaya Butter Toast Sets and paid $13 for it. Much more expensive than outside the airport, but they gave us twice as much bread as outside. The tea and milo were very thick and flavourful too.

Happened second time!!! The elderly lady staff always double charged my card. In addition, the meal and service are same poorly. International travellers will not have WeChat payment or Sin dollars. Why don't they train staff to use credit card machine? I'm sure that I won't order here again. Please pay special attention to HEAVENLY 旺!

Have the say that the outlet looks refreshing and welcoming, and gives a good atmosphere to have a small bite before departure. The food is also not too bad, especially the ones that are made upon order. I ordered the luncheon sunrise and was pleased with how it turned out and its taste, the cakes tho felt like it had been left in the display for sometime and was rather hard... Service (or the lack there of) though, has big room for improvement.
