The score of 2.8 is unfair. The 1st time I try this food today, it blew my mind away. See photo. Chicken thigh meaty and big. It tasty somemore. For $8.50 including a hot drink. Hard to find any air con food outlet that able to match this promo price. The Malay lady staff & Chinese staff service is good. They patient in explaining to me the difference between the 2 promo set. Oh yeah. Kopi is good too.

I’m quite surprised at the overall ratings of 2.8 😱 The food was really tasty (I just recovered from Covid and I couldn’t taste anything the last few days because it’s either too bland or damn salty haha and this was great nasilemak) chicken was quite huge, and egg seemed really fresh, very smooth yolk) rice was very fragrant too I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the service either because this is not a restaurant so please don’t expect 5 star Michelin star service. I do agree it’s on the slower pace service but if you take a look at the staffs; they are elderlies and one of them is physically challenged. Omg to the people who just gave low reviews because of slow service issues, have a heart!!

Not bad place to visit for set lunch. Portions are good and food is okay!

First meal of 2022!!! That curry chicken plata were so delicious and had me finished the whole bowl. Spicy level is moderate. The curry quite creamy not diluted and flavourful. First time having a crispy plata not sure if they baked it 😂. The chicken thigh is soft and tender and big. I like it.

The coffee is from the machine not the traditional handmade type. Took the order wrongly but she replace a correct one for me. Quite a good choice of food available here compare to other heavenly Wang outlet.

I loveee the aesthetics of this place! I think it's the newest outlet in Singapore. Everything is so fresh, new and Instagram worthy. Definitely a great spot to wind down and take a break after spending the whole day shopping around the area.

Eat here solely because it’s Halal, else don’t even bother. Coffee / Tea - too diluted Mee Rebus - gravy diluted Laksa - gravy diluted Atmosphere - one main pillar in the middle of customer walkway, who is the designer of this restaurant?

Was there on a Thursday late afternoon. I find that food and service could be better. The yuan yang tasted so bland. Not very environmentally friendly as they were using takeaway cups for dine in patrons unless you are telling me the outlet ran out of drinking mugs when the place is not even crowded. Saw one of the service staff pushing trolley through the narrow space inside the outlet knocking slightly into another customer's chair but without any apologies or whatsoever. The dining experience can definitely be improved compared to the other outlets.

Simple local cafe. Quick service, typical food options The Prata seems to be the pre-prepared type.

Promo now at $4.90 for a hot drink and kaya butter toast, which is a good deal in this area. Not too many seats and there is a big and strangely located pillar at the entrance near the cashier.

I patronized the cafe on 27 Jan 2024. The male staff was quick in serving customers and he had a really pleasant attitude that's seldom seen in similar types of cafes. Tea was nicely made. But I still prefer Yakun's kaya butter toast with more charcoal smell and thicker spread.

Service here is abysmal. 1) Order is taken without words, eye contact or any acknowledgement that I exist. 2) They have two different signage stating that the Chicken Luncheon Sunrise set comes with and without an extra slice of toast. (See photos) When asked which it is, they treat you like an idiot for asking. Fix your signage, and fix your staff. 3) They will give your order to whoever is standing there ready to take it, even if they came after you. So if you want your food, stand there and stare daggers at them. Please consider replacing your staff with self-service kiosks, implementing a proper order ticket system and fixing your signage.

The service is near to nothing - she leaves you standing there after taking the order. The other staff is complaining about another staff taking lots of mc.. its office politics. Kaya set is good.

Arrived at around 13:30 and I was the first in the queue, two female staff behind the counter. One was trying to get the drink machine working and the other was cleaning up. 5mins later and I was still not approached and by this time there was a queue of 6 behind me. Still no one approached until the third male staff Ahmad (seemingly back from a break) put his apron on, checked on the Chinese lady who was still at the drink machine came to the counter to take my order. While he was there eventually to take my order, not one person apologized for the delay at all. Nevertheless, Ahmad did make my order quick and cleared the queue, so kudos to him to handle it well. I would like to just say that I’ve never had an experience at any Heavenly Wang outlets as this one. As someone who has over 25 years of customer service experience under my belt, I don’t see why the basic of hello and sorry to keep you waiting or even a smile would be difficult. Note: the lady before me apparently was waiting for her beverage long due to the drink machine not working and the Chinese lady staff did not even offer any apology. Instead, once that customer was gone, I overheard her complaining about what the customer did wrong instead of understanding the situation better. customer service works both ways. And it’s free. Thanks
