Absolutely bullshit. Worst El Jannah I’ve ever been to. Save your money and do NOT come here. These workers are just chatting away not doing anything while we’ve been waiting for our food for 20 minutes over scheduled time. We have people who are hungry at home to bring food to, not for these workers to sit on their ass and do nothing. It’s not even that busy as well and they still decide to take their sweet time. Save your money. Do NOT come here. Absolute terrible, where are the managers??

I ordered 13 minutes before closing, and I understand it was close to closing time. But if the kitchen couldn’t prepare the food properly, I honestly wish you had just declined my order instead of serving me this. The chicken was badly burnt, dry, and tasted bitter from the excessive charring. I would rather have been turned away than pay for a meal that was almost inedible.

I absolutely do not recommend this branch. This isn't the first time I've bought chicken that was full of blood; it was disgusting. It belongs in the trash, not in my stomach. I suggest changing the manager of this place because it used to be my favorite.

Went here with some mates after a movie and we were absolutely dying for some food and of course we came to the only valid chicken food stop, el Jannah. 2 of us got the charcoal chicken wrap and they did not complain with a single peep, and the other 2 got chicken burgers with some lil extra crispy chicken tender on the side and let me tell you right now they were just downing those burgers and tenders it really was that good😂😅. All 4 of us also got chips (obviously?) and el Jannah never fails to make them perfect, and we all got cheese & garlic pockets on our way out just as a little snack to munch on while walking around. Overall a great place to hangout with friends and just munch while talking. It’s a great place especially with the vibes and the workers are the some of the sweetest people I have ever seen. 100% one of my favourite places to go with friends for some lunch don’t hesitate to come here.

Great flavours good portions and overall quick service for a busy establishment. Sometimes waiting on chicken to be ready but hey that’s a good problem to have. Keep up the great work. Easy parking n street both sides of shop and plenty of dining seating
