Date: 22 August 2026 — 8:19pm Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had ordering food. This is now the second time this has happened, and I'm honestly extremely frustrated. They missed my patty, gave me the wrong gravy and didn't even bother telling me. The chips were also disgusting, clearly the bottom of the barrel, with tiny, broken pieces that looked like they were left over from the end of the day. They were cold when we received them and massively overcooked. The chicken bites were just as bad, tiny pieces, cold, massively overcooked and genuinely horrible to eat. What makes it even more frustrating is that there were about four staff members standing together in the back, just talking with a clear sense of carelessness. Nobody seemed to care enough to check the food or make sure orders were actually correct. For the price you pay, this is completely unacceptable. I've given this place another chance after the first time this happened, and now it's happened again. Really disappointing and honestly feels like nobody there cares about the quality of the food they're serving. When will you change?

Thought I’d try the $14 lunch. 1) untoasted 2) 3 parsley leaves worth pf Tabbouli 3) dry 4) CHIPS?? why? Because it’s cheap. But I already have a side of chips. Why would I need more in my sandwich? Fail

Fantastic experience at El Jannah Minto! Plenty of easy parking, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and our food came out in less than five minutes. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly what you'd expect from El Jannah. Great food, great service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

4th time now having to wait 40+ minutes for food. Dining in, Empty restaurant. Don't know why I keep coming back. I've had quicker service at fine dining restaurants. Food quality has also gotten progressively worse compared to what it used to be like. Not sure is they are under staffed, undertrained. Or if eljannah is just too big for their shoes now. But it's not what is used to be like. And after waiting for ridiculous ammount of time. The food is still cold. You could expect the food to be hot and fresh after waiting that long.

Terrible experience. Waited 10 min after pick up time for my order then when it came was told they had no more fattoush salad so they gave a coleslaw. The person serving even had the audacity to tell me this coleslaw was the same price as the fattoush salad i paid for, which i took as fact. I have now discovered i was ripped off. The food itself was underwhelming, the chips tasted stale and recooked. Regrettable customer service
