We are usually big fans of the chicken rolls but they just seem to be getting smaller and smaller and minimal pickles. We’ve been let down twice in a row now - they are tasty, just a lot of money for not much food ($40 for 2 small rolls and chips).

The food is usually good here but today it was dissapointing. I ordered a charcoal box, the 1/4 chicken breast was good however the chicken in the chilli burger was very dry. I asked if i could have a new burger, they complied and brang a new one out nomore than 2 minutes later. The chicken was the exact same on the new burger, its like they over cooked a batch of chicken fillets, didnt listen to the fact that i said it was dry and just made a new burger from the same dry batch. At this point after two bites i just left, no point in trying to enjoy my meal.

Very disappointing experience today at the Albion Park drive-through. My order was missing the bread, and I even found plastic pieces in my salad—which is extremely concerning from a food safety perspective. On top of that, the four tender pieces were much smaller than usual, about half the expected size. To make matters worse, the cashier refused to honor the OG chicken offer advertised on their website, saying it was removed two months ago. If that’s true, why is it still being promoted online? Overall, the food quality and service have clearly gone downhill. This experience was very frustrating, and I will not consider coming back.

Absolute worse experience from Albion park store. The 2 boxes of chicken tenders were far from tender. They were like bricks of meat. Not only did the outside have a crunch, but so do the inside. The rocks in my garden would be more tender. Even the chips were rubbish. Not a grain a salt on them We order the same thing weekly and never had a problem before, but don’t think I’ll be ordering from this store again

El Jannah – Campbelltown (Queen Street) Extremely disappointing experience at this branch. I came to collect the Fairy Chicken promotion, but the staff told me it was not available. I then ordered a 5-piece mixed fried chicken meal. Before ordering, I clearly asked if the chicken was fresh and hot, and the staff confirmed that it was. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was cold, very dry, and oily. Even more concerning, I found a hair in the food, which raises serious hygiene and food safety concerns. I also tried to contact customer service by phone and email to report this issue, but unfortunately nobody responded. This is not the first time I have experienced poor quality fried chicken from this branch. I expected much better standards from a well-known restaurant. I would appreciate if the store manager or head office could contact me regarding this issue.
