Went during dinner time and was lucky to get a seat since we went early (around 6pm+). After that the crowd started streaming in. Soup bases are all nice, wished that there was more variety of ingredients to choose from though. Happened to have coconut and thai milk tea ice cream here apart from chocolate and they tasted great! Manager here is friendly too. Just that a bit hard to get the other staffs' attention when you need help.

First time trying at MS branch & opted for the Premium buffet, which have wagyu beef, iberico pork, scallops & tiger prawns (replaced mussels). It's weekday night & could possibly do walk-in, thou i did reservation via Chope. We had the sukiyaki & Butaniku broth. I would prefer the latter. There's quite a variety of vegetables, mushroom & side items at buffet bar. Personally, i like their udon. Through the 80mins dining, it's abit hard to get attention of staff & when re-order round 2, we did not receive our orders, had to order again. I find the wagyu beef is disappointing, as it tastes like regular beef & not sure why the 2nd serving was harder to bite. The Iberico pork & Tiger Prawns are worthwhile, the prawns were quite big size & fresh. Towards end of meal, one of the not yet touched beef was collected away as well, before checking if we finished. (I forgot to remove 1empty tray on top). Billing was not rush & we could finish all the cooked items. Make good use of credit card to get 10% off bill.

Groups like their food. The services are the best. Staff were super friendly and attentive especially Alan their restaurant manager. Thank to all the staff for the great service. Recommended! Lunch on 30 April 2022.

Good quality has severely deteriorated. They were supposed to own at 1130am..but at 1130 am they were still setting up the items and foods. Coke didn't had the soda infused. Felt like a plain fizz free syrup drink. Changed to honey lemon but it was not prepared consistently. Was very sweet at some and blend on some cups. Service was at least decent. Probably not gonna heat the again.

Pleasant dining experience and we were served by Jov. She is Very friendly, kind and patient in serving us and explaining the prices as well as the different types of meat served (she translated the english name to chinese for us)

It’s been a while since I ate at Suki-ya and I got to admit their things have improved! We tried their regular buffet and there is a wide range of carbs, vegetable and steamboat ingredients for us to have! I’m also surprised they served cooked sides, which includes bean sprout, garlic rice, takoyaki and even curry! They were not bad too but we tried not to get carried away since we are here for the meat 🤤 The meat (beef and pork) slices overall is good, could have cut a bit more thinner slices for enjoyment. Overall we have a great time here! The staff were also prompt at their service.

Pleasantly surprised by the new range of yummy cooked food and desserts at the Marina Square Outlet today. The team's service was prompt and they served diligently. Service is top notch and made our family outing so enjoyable. This outlet is very clean and I see the outlet manager Alan going around to make sure the customers are well attended to and he kept checking the food. A true F&B professional. Thank you Alan and team!

The atmosphere is excellent at Marina Square. The service is terrific, and the team leader Sean is knowledgeable about the environment, choice and selection. With his recommendation, we upgraded to Premium, and indeed we enjoyed it, and the variety and choice are many to choose from. We did not regret it and will visit again real soon.

This Suki-Ya outlet is most fantastic! The free flow Japanese Curry and Garlic rice alone are reasons to visit this outlet! There's also the most variety of other dishes here as compared to the other Suki-Ya outlets I have visited. The meat choices are very fresh! Alan, the outlet manager is also extremely friendly, which is the ultimate reason why I chose to review and compliment him!! Well done Alan (and Suki-Ya)!

Really had a fun blast at SUKI-YA in Marina Square man! I used to frequent it at the basement of Tampines Mall, and after so many years, I finally enjoyed it again at Marina Square. I started out with their ready-to-eat fried food. And then start dunking in my favorite hotpot ingredients into the Sukiyaki broth and Pork broth. They have a good variety of sauces, but now I actually enjoy dipping the food into the curry sauce and Thai chili sauce instead. Of course, I made an egg sauce coupled with sukiyaki broth for eggy creamy sweet goodness. I also enjoyed cooking some porridge before I ended the session for the finale. I mixed the porridge with sukiyaki soup & pork broth for a savory and sweet taste. It was awesome and more play for me. The meat buffet was great and I recommend the chicken paste, for some reason, it tasted tenderly good especially when dipped in all different sauces. The garlic rice was fantastic and my partner said they cooked better than mine... Of course lah... Oh ya, I forgot about the Chawanmushi... we took three and I had a happy time eating those too. Come back to the East please.

Used to dine at sukiya often and I've to say that they have definitely improved on their varieties of food. Pricing still remains affordable. Had their premium menu and I liked the salmon slices and wagyu beef. The scallop has a little bit of a fishy taste. The rest of the items were alright. Overall, I would come again. Would be better if there's a promo! 😬

Weekday night meal, pleasant overall. Chawanmushi is on the lighter side dashi-wise with pieces of chicken frank at the bottom, not too good. One item worth trying though is the Hokkaido milk pudding, it is not too sweet and very creamy. But variety is much better compared to last year, with drinks and dessert bar being part of the buffet now instead of extra charge. Premium menu appears to have new sushi roll options, but no idea if it is worth it since the basic menu seemed good enough.

Really lovely place with a nice spread of buffet options. Went during weekday lunch so it was very quiet and peaceful, but it is unlikely to be too crowded even during peak hour. The meats were of good quality, and the sides offered were quite commendable. I especially loved their Hokkaido milk pudding of which I had 3 servings. The servers were helpful and responsive, and promptly delivered our food. My only gripe is that it was really difficult to find it… as it is humorously located beside Sukiya (as opposed to this shop, Suki-ya).

Above average steamboat buffet. The meat selection for the regular buffet only has 2 types of beef, 1 type of pork and chicken. Get the upgrade if you want more selection of meat/seafood. Recommend to just keep ordering beef short plate. Price is reasonable.

The moment we pass by the Marina Square Suki-Ya outlet we were greeted by an authentic happy go lucky aura gentleman who seemed to be experienced in the F&B industry for many years namely, Mr Sean... He has a natural charisma that makes the outlet alive and filled with positive energy which is so welcoming which matches the warmness of savouring the delicious Shabu Shabu spreads... He explained to us on the latest promotions in house and was always ready to take our order as he is very attentive to his customers needs... I was also amazed at how he train his team member namely Mr Zheng Yu well that the junior was also customer service oriented with a fun humorous side to his guests dining at Suki-Ya Marina Square... Zheng Yu seemed to be accustomed to attentive table service with a smile behind the face mask... The food was amazingly great and freshness is outstanding compare to any other Hot Pot Buffet in Singapore... We had a nice time celebrating our casual anniversary dinner here at Suki-Ya Marina Square outlet and we will definitely patronize this outlet again very soon... This time with families and friends to join us... Thank you so much to make this place lovely with fresh food dear Kitchen and Service team of Suki-Ya Marina Square! Keep it up!! 💪🏼

Surprise with the varieties of food selections. Cosy ambience. Friendly staff. Thankful that Sean informed us that the buffet also included the drinks, fruits and desserts as we aren't aware at first. He was kind and encouraged us to take our time to enjoy it before we go off.

Been patronizing this Suki-ya outlet at Marina Square for many years. Nice dining area, with some nice sofa seating for big group. Spacious Food quality is good as usual. We love the pork. Seems the varieties has increased with some cooked food. Morover the drinks are inclusive Aileen (communicated on msg) is very hospital, friendly and helpful. Alan, the outlet incharge is welcoming and make us feel warm. Alice, the other staff is attentive and has initiative in asking if we want more meats when she realized we have finished those we ordered. Overall, it is a nice place to dine with family or friends.
