Experience gets worse each visit, yesterday was the worst. Out of all the staff only one is a friendlier one. All the others just have such bad attitude. Their waffle used to be at least decent. But now the filling is also getting less and less. This is not how you do business.

Bought a pandan chiffon cake, found mould after less than 2 days. How long has that cake been sitting there? Was the handling process clean? And not just one spot. Many spots with mould.

Pricey items but doesn't quite make the quality cut. Bread is not soft and tastefully. Even plain loaf isn't near commercial brand. Their baked items are a huge let down too. Realized low quality persists in other outlets as well staff were curt and not warm. The other eviews will speak for themselves.

Do waffle de auntie very super duper immensely rude! Buy oreo cream cheese waffle, i asked her how much as this was my first time there. she wearing a mask so cannot listen the 3 or 8 clearly in mandarin. But I heard $8.30 then i paid $8.30 by shopback. She straight away say me " 跟你说$3.30 了对吗 ”“ 在那边你自己不会看啊“ you could have just point the price to me right? Or give $3.30 hand signs .When i double cfm by saying isit $8.30? She never tell me right or wrong , just keep repeating what i heard "$8.30" "$8.30". Then she say me again , which is 2nd time saying me. Then i keep quiet . She said she cant refund me bck ask me buy more things, i say i ok with it. Then she see i like never talk back, she say me the 3rd time again! Until i argue with her she tone down abit give me fake laugh. Whats wrong with her uh? Having a bad day or what? Things can be settle dk why she so 过不去 like that. Keep say ppl non stop , make other ppls day also bad.

Weird, creepy service. I'm afraid not everyone is built for service. Sorry to say this but the cross-eyed auntie gave me instructions to purchase bread at a discount, I followed her instructions but when I went to the cashier, she and the other girl stared at me for a long while without saying how I can correct whatever I did wrong, they were staring at me stunned?? (bro idk, I followed exactly what she said). Girl she even saw me take each bread, why didn't she say anything before I reached the counter 😭 she even encouraged me to take?? In conclusion, just get from swee heng
