Im a dark chocolate lover. If u like dark chocolate, this is the one for u. Is not so sweet n is yummy. I always order this when im there. My wife n I will share one double scoop cup. Is more worth it.

Nice little joint with limited seating, good place to chill if there are available seats! Had the famous chocolate molten lava cake atop a portion of vanilla ice cream, the warmness of the cake, complemented with the smooth silky vanilla ice cream was to die for. Staff were friendly and helpful, pleasant experience there! :)

I had find memories of the lava cake but now it's worse than mediocre. The chocolate part isn't rich and the cake was barely warmer than room temperature. The vanilla ice cream has been downgraded from one with real vanilla beans to a generic mess. Safe to say I will be giving them a pass in the future. Awfully Chocolate will give you a way better experience.

Visited chocolate origin on a weekday night before they closed at 930pm. They have really tasty cakes & ice cream. Please keep up the good work and service 🙏

Very bad attitude customer service at Kallang wave. The first sight at the shop's poster thought $6.80 is for a slide of cake. After make payment, the lady shop assistant pass me the tart, which i surprise that $6.80 is not for a slide of cake. Not more than 1 minute (when i still standing in front of the shop counter), i request her to exchange the order (from tart to a slide of cake and i willing to pay for the different). The two lady shop assistant didn't answer to me, instead use "eyes contact to each other with unhappy face", then only reply me that was unexchangeable. End up i purchase another slide of chocolate cake $7.80, which only $1 different from the tart. In fact that i'm not leaving the shop and come back for exchange, also is not a freshly made dessert (which unable to restore). Very disappointed customer service !!!

The chocolate lover's dream! Everything from (Belgian) chocolate ice cream to their signature chocolate lava cake is sure to please. A great place to visit to catch up with friends or simply indulge in a little sweet treat; be sure to get some water to flush down that chocolatey goodness!

Came here very excited to have the lava cake w ice cream and a few occasions but 100% meet with the sign back in 20 mins.. wonder if it is ever opened

The staff treat us is very bad. Especially one of the female fat staff. Show unhappy face & raise her voice to us very loud while we were talking to our kids. Please understand we were talking to our kids what they want and yet you shouted to us. My kids was so afraid when you raise your voice. Please buck up the fat female staff attitude & show good customer service. Very disappointed with that female fat staff today at 21/05/2025 @ 1330hours. Go pick up some good customer service courses before you serve your customer.

We are a family of 6 that wanted to come for some desert after dinner. It is a small shop with only 3 tables which their own stuffs took a table for “meeting” hence we r not able to dine in the place. Cannot understand their logic and will definitely not come to have another try with this kind of attitude and way of doing business.

this long hair lady wearing crocs, who wears crocs to work???, she prepared my ice blended chocolate for around 6 mins which is i think is quite long for just a drink blended ice. even after giving me my order, she didn’t even bother helping her coworker. I feel bad for the coworker with the short hair, BAD WORKER, please look into this issue about this worker. Ive seen many times where she was slacking instead of helping her tired coworker as i come here often. Her face look at me like black face, and i was confused with the fact where she kept saying starbucks sizes where im unsure of what to say since im not at a starbucks.

Here's my review, came here to look for chocolate and ended up with a chocolate cake. Very nice 🙂. I saw there's some chair and table so I assume customer can enjoy their food there too. A good place to stop by when u're walking in the leisure mall. Parking wise is at the basement. Have lotsa chocolate varieties and cakes. Do drop by to see and taste for your own.

Let's narrow it down here. Customer service from the plus size lady with a blonde hair on the fringe is horrible. I wanted to purchase the soft serve in a cup and the cone and she told me straight up to my face "need to add money". I wonder what was she trying to imply here? There is a better way to inform your customers. This lady right here needs to go for a customer service course pronto.
