Located within Suntec, travel over here on the red / green line and take a 15 minutes walk over from City Hall station or on blue line and take a 5 minutes walk from Esplanade station. They are located near Toy's R Us. The staff on duty are very friendly serves every customer politely but they seems quite overwhelmed and flustered when there were more orders. My order was forgotten after my drink was served but after reminding them, they apologized and promptly served my order. Most items on the menu like chocolate sweets are great but I tried their cocoa tea on ice was horrible.

Very poor service! Ordered 2 scoops for my kids to share and the ice cream first ice cream (cookies and cream) is being squashed. Asked for an empty cup but was told that we need to pay money. Also, while I was still looking through the menu, another person just tell me to pay up, which is a bit shocking. After finishing, we are told to throw the tissue own our own. A bit puzzled. Maybe we are not using chocolate origin tissue (which we help to save some money from it by not using it?) I thought chocolate origin is quite reputable but sadden by the services and attitude. Very negative experience.

Good place for dessert as they not only have cakes but ice-cream also. The Pistachio ice-cream is the best with intense pistachio flavour. Unfortunately they don't have cones. Scoop size is generous and they actually weigh the ice-cream before serving. They only have 3 small tables but we were able to get one even on weekends

Bad service from a middle age lady at Suntec city. She asked for our order when the previous customer was making payment. When we ask how much was our order, she rudely demanded us to wait..and we waited. When its our turn to make payment...again she commented that we should have waited. Its definitely ok and reasonable to ask the next customer to wait but what appalled us was the attitude and given that you already asked for our orders, naturally, we thought its our turn for payment next. Then, she forgots the previous customer order and told the customer that we couldn't wait hence, serve our order first..unbelievable..Saw many reviews, i believe it could be the same staff. Truly hope for better service.

A stone's throw away from Promenade MRT. The lava cake and ice cream weren't too sweet and I enjoyed it. I would've given it 5 stars had the lava cake been warmer, because the lava cake felt like it was closer to room temperature. Also, the service crew were very friendly. Great service!

my family and i were served by a very rude lady. firstly, there is no space for a group of 4 to sit together, so we started moving the chairs around 1 table. she started CLAPPING at us to tell us not to do that. fine. so we sat on separate tables and shared the dessert. she asked “are you going to buy anything?” very rudely and said that we can’t sit as other customers need to sit as this is the ‘busy period’. my family were the ONLY customers sitting there, and there were plenty other empty chairs and tables. are we not paying customers as well? why think about other customers when we are literally the customers you are serving right now? she then claimed her boss would be upset, and when we said we would talk to the boss (as she kept raising her volume and pointing finger at us) she said “you can google for his number” what??? additionally, she wasn’t wearing a mask. disappointed with the rude attitude.

We had a chocolate lava with gelato. Nicely done. A bit pricey thou. Didn’t find the service very welcoming but ok.
