quite disappointing. One of your staff (a Chinese girl wearing glasses) came across as rude. I’m not expecting exceptional friendliness, but basic politeness should be there. I hope this can be addressed so customers don’t leave feeling uncomfortable.

Sells combinatorial of chocolate elements, ice cream elements and cake. Ordered a Pistachio chocolate lava cake but turns out to be a 711 choco lava cake lies on a pile of green ice cream which cannot even taste any pistachio🤣 Generally so so

Utterly incompetent. I explicitly postponed my cake delivery yesterday with Vivien, as the recipient is ill. Despite this confirmation, it was still dispatched. The outlet then claimed to have no record of my request. Their solution was nonsensical: instructing me, someone who ordered from their website, to cancel the order via a delivery app. This is a fundamental failure of CO’s own process. The complete lack of internal communication and total absence of problem-solving forced me to personally intercept the delivery, by asking CO’s staff for the delivery man’s number. This is unacceptable service.

Might I suggest updating your opening hours to 'Whenever our staff feels like showing up'? If 10:30AM is too ambitious, perhaps 'eventually' would be more accurate. Thanks for the great inconvenience caused to customers who actually plan ahead. Hope the cake is worth the wait.
