Sign said back in 15 mins, but waited for more than 45 mins and staff didn't return. Very, very disappointing. Wont come again. Date: 18 Mar 2026 Time: 5.45pm-6.30pm Please do better.

Good dark chocolate gelato. I really wanted to try the cake but wasn't too hungry and to be fair the price was a little too high.

Have been taking away the lava cake from this store and previously the service was excellent, with the staff taking extra care to separate the ice cream and lava cake. This time, however, I was given a dining in version wrongly when I ordered takeaway, and when I told her it was to be taken away, she went back in and just gave me a cap, and ice pack, with the lava cake poked through with the spoon. When asked why it was not separated, the staff said that it was protocol and it never could’ve been separated. I accepted that explanation but honestly disappointing if it’s really a sudden “change” in protocol. Would’ve definitely been still a delightful experience if I could bring it home and heat up the lava cake separately - with this “new protocol”, it just can’t be.
