Prawn Vadai. A fusion dish that was first made famous in the popular Geylang Serai Hari Raya Bazaar. Highly recommended to eat it while it is hot and if you are a chili person, have it with the green chili!

I notice the size of the vadai is smaller then their other vadai stall although it the same price. This particular stall fried too many vadai to stand by and they keep selling the cold ones first, despite me asking for fresh one. Vadai is best to eat while it's hot so as not to lose it crispyness. The cold one I had is oily and not crispy at all. Will ban this Stall, no wonder no crowd compared to golden mile market.

Delicious doughy consistency. Nice variety of vadais. They don't seem to be open at 8am as the timing suggests though, haven't managed to pin down their exact opening hours.

Actually tastes pretty damn good!!! I had a takeaway and started eating without taking a photo as it was really quite delicious!

Massive piece of prawn vadai, almost the size of my palm! Comes with a large prawn too. Crispy and tasty to the last bite. The only downside is usage of a lot of oil though.

All along buying their vadai at least 10 in Beach Road hawker. The chilli get lesser and lesser. Now 1 vadai 1 chilli ONLY! Kudos to your way doing business. Deserve you now no more queues. And may all your chills rot before they are sold.

Very nice local snack, with wide variety of filling. One of my favourite is the prawn vadai that goes well with a fresh green chilli. All the vadai is freshly made in stall daily. It will still taste good even after it’s left cool.

Walked past and decided to try the prawn vadai. Not bad, tasty although oily. Nice to eat with the chilli padi. The prawn tasted fresh too.
