I am a regular customer at your stall. Today I ordered fried rice and paid $8.30. I politely asked the staff member named Neo if I could have some cili padi. She repeatedly told me that there was none available.
However, shortly after, another staff member (an Indian gentleman) was able to provide the cili padi to me. This was confusing and disappointing, because I was told it was unavailable.
I do not mind if there is an extra charge for cili padi, and I would be happy to pay if needed. What concerns me is being told something is unavailable when it clearly was.
As a regular customer, I hope the staff can be honest and helpful to customers. I wanted to bring this to your attention so service can improve in the future.

Dont bother view this stall if you guys want the rice QUALITY like soft, not even boss level like Nasi Padang/Sinar seafood stall/Mamak shop! My kids dont even like it! For old people maybe they like it lor! Service was ok due to the man use mask as he need to raise his voice abit. All the best to whoever purchasing the food here!

I ordered Signature Fried Kway Teow at SSC Kopitiam on Sunday 21 Sept 2025 at 3:40pm, got the dish at 3:59 pm with 2 times asking from the woman staff and standing waiting in front of the stall. The staff answered me with angry emotions loudly and her face showing angry with my asking. After chef came out from the room behind her, she told chef with moody face and roll her eyes to me who standing in front of her stall. Don't understand why she did this to customer. This jobs suitable for serviced mind person and must have good attitude.

I'm so sorry but your hokkien mee and char kway teow nothing like it should be. It really taste horrible, seriously what kind of food is this in the name of hokkien mee and char kway teow? And the portion is miserable for the price paid. The char kway teow is the worst, where's the ingredients?
