Used to eat the waffle alot more but the standards has dropped alot. I asked for my waffles to be crispier but they left it in the waffle iron for so long it become hard, dry and like biscuit 😭. Was meant to be a treat but it was disappointing instead.

The staff are really nice as I always reach here around 10pm+ after school and they would allow me to buy my $1.20 bread despite their shuttles almost closed :)

Never had a bad waffle in my life. Until today. It does really take a genius to make it happen. Is it the machine? Or the premix? Or the kaya? Or the timing? This is magic.

The bread and waffles here are nice and delicious. However, the attitude and the atmosphere of the staff are very negative. I saw a female staff scolding a new staff while I was purchashing bread there, so i overheard the conversation. Please improve the attitudes of the older staff there, no wonder staffs keep changing, please find out the problem!
