Wasn’t a super pleasant experience here as staff was having a bad day against another staff, she was literally pointing at her head and scolding her mercilessly. Quoted “you can go ahead and complain about me I don’t care” against her coworker in mandarin. Thats between them though. The same staff redirected her heat on us by moving us all over the place in her squeeze alley while we were waiting to pay, all she had to do was finish the cashier so we could leave. The cake was nice though, a game changing for them.

Pls request your staff to wear gloves before handling/touching the waffles. Its disgusting and contaminating to handle waffles , after coughing covering with their palms and using it to scratch ears. I didn’t even bother to take what i have already purchased. Pls maintain some hygiene standards.

Brought a peanut waffle. When I got home, it's a plain waffle.
